RCPIT Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The placement scenario at R.C. Patel Institute of Technology is robust, with around 60-90% of students being placed each year. The Training and Placement Cell manages these activities, focusing on both on-campus and off-campus placements. Major recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, L&T, Amazon, Bosch, and Cognizant, among others, with TCS being a prominent recruiter, yielding a significant number of offers. Annually, over 70 companies visit the campus, and in the last two years, more than 1100 students have been placed.

The average package ranges from 3 to 4 lakhs per annum, with the highest package reaching 19 lakhs. The college provides training in soft skills and prepares students from early semesters for placement processes. However, opportunities are more prevalent for computer science and IT branches compared to other departments like mechanical and civil. Internships are not directly provided by the college, but students are encouraged to seek them on their own, with some tie-ups facilitating internship opportunities.
