Our college has a placement cell each year around 400 students get placed in different companies. With an average salary of 500000 per annum. From the third year's end onwards students can apply for this and they can attend the placement exams. After completing the course they will call and we can join the college. Some of the big companies like TCS, cognizant, burst, Mindtree, l and t etc visited our college for placement.

Placements start when we enter the fifth semester of our academics. Some companies come with eligibility criteria considering a number of arrears whereas some just hunt for talents. The highest package until now is 10,00,000 and the lowest is 4,00000 per annum. Till now over 100 companies visited and almost 400 students are placed. Some students are placed at multiple companies. Since I have got a placement in one of the core companies that visited our campus(Kalki Communications Ltd.), I would go explore the next phase of the working community after graduation.

From the end of the 6th semester, students will get placement calls. There is a training and placement cell in our college. The placements are through this. Companies like Zoho, Keyvalue, Open financial technologies, Alpha Ori, Soti and others have visited our colleges and selected many students. The highest packest in this academic year is 11 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. But still, companies are approaching and students are getting offers. Almost all students got placed. My plan after getting my B. Tech is to work in a well-known IT company.

The teaching is nice and is well-maintained every semester. Exams are conducted at the correct intervals. Abd teachers finish potions and regular intervals. The teachers are well qualified most of them have a Ph.D. and are well disciplined in teaching.

Placements are offered to everyone starting for the third year to the end of the final year. A good portion of students has already been placed. TCS and cognizant are the major recruiters in the college. About 75% of students get placed.

Now talking about placements about 95% of students who participate in the college placement programs usually get placed, and plus there are also off-campus placements where you can also go to other colleges under KTU and participate in thier placement programs too. Since mine is a newly introduced course [2020] and I am its first student there is not much known to speak about placements in my course but as for in general the average salary package for last years [2020,2019] was 3lpa. And the highest was 11 LPA in the computer science department. And the highest package of 23lpa for off-campus placement [2020]. And around 400 companies visited our college for recruiting last year.

From the 6th semester onwards students become eligible for placement. 62 companies visited for placements. The average package is 4.7 LPA and the highest package offered is 20 LPA. Companies visited include TCS, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, cognizant, etc. In the computer science department, about 93% of students got placed in various companies.

I am intrested in Btech Mechanical Engineering. My college was one of the top colleges in kerala so I choose MA college. There are many companies visit this college for placement. Also our univesrity KTU is well known.
