Should I pursue ECE from MSIT or CS from BPIT?

ITM (NCU) Gurgaon (Now The North Cap University, Gurgaon) outperforms MSIT college. Having friends studying in both these colleges, I can assure you that there are many reasons behind choosing ITM. They have better placement records in the CS and IT fields in recent years. Students are offered a good salary package. Top companies such as Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys are frequent visitors offering placements, internships and industry visits. They have better infrastructure facilities. The faculty members are well experienced and highly educated. A well-equipped library is provided. Labs with high-speed internet and cutting-edge software are also provided. Also, keep in mind that you can change your field from ECE to CSE but not vice versa. So, choosing CSE can get you an advantage in many ways. My friend is currently studying CSE in MSIT and here’s what his experience says. Dedicated faculty: Most teachers are well experienced and really enjoy what they teach you. If you have even smallest of the doubts, do not hesitate as they will assist you whenever you need them. Especially in the CSE department, teachers are really cooperative. Infrastructure: If you visit both MSIT and MAIT, you will find that MAIT has a tad bit better infrastructure. Location: MSIT definitely has a location advantage as you can find various hangout spots around the institute and even the nearest metro of Janakpuri East is just 5 minutes away. On the other hand, MAIT lacks proximity to metro and hangout spots. Placements: While both the colleges have great placements, the CSE branch will get you better packages and increased opportunities, like any other college In India. According to the recent placement data the highest and average CTC offered at MSIT is 47 LPA and 3.6 LPA. For MAIT the average and highest CTC is 3 LPA and 28 LPA. All in all, both MAIT and MSIT are reputed private colleges of Delhi. The biggest thing that makes the difference here is the branch you choose. No doubt CSE has an upper hand over ECE as mentioned above.

Should I get a Bachelor's of Technology in computer science from MSIT GGSIPU or SRM Chennai? Why?

Choose MSIT if you want to prioritize degree value over cost. Otherwise, go with SRM. MSIT CSE placements are excellent, but if you live in a politically neutral environment with large campuses, consider SRM, Chennai. Technical societies, such as IEEE, are very active, and if you are fortunate enough to be a part of them, it is better for you in terms of placement and 'knowledge building. If you are serious about expanding your knowledge, there are a few amazing teachers as well as seniors who can assist and guide you. It is entirely up to you to make the most of the available opportunities.

I DISLIKED THE MOST IS THEIR OLD SCHOOL SYLLABUS.THEY ARE STILL TEACHING THE CHEMISTRY TO B.TECH STUDENTS.

THE FEE STRUCTURE OF THIS COLLAGE IS VERY EASY .EARLY INSTALMENT OF RS 173000 ARE TAKE BY THE COLLAE FOR CONTINUOS FOUR YEARS. IF A INDIVISUAL IS APPLICABLE FOR BRANCH UPGRADATION A DEPOSIT OF RS 5000 IS ALSO REQIRED.THIS FEES IS CONSTANT FOR THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN ADMISSION BUT IT CAN INCRASE FOR THE STUDENTS TAKING ADDMISSION IN THE UPCOMING YEARS. The fees of MSIT is very budget friendly.They are providing quality education at very low price in my opinion.The semester fees of this college is about 75600/- per semester for B.tech (Cse)which includes 10000/-refundable security deposit.However their is addition fees of 3500 per semester for conduction exams.The registration fees is submitted to the university(Ipu) that is about 96000/-.However some of my batchmates get consation dependening upon personals financial condition.College provides various scholarships and several programmes are also held to support those students who are coming from financially weak background.These students have to perform some sort of paperwork work but at end scholarship is quite easy to avail.

75 percent attendance is mandatory atleast in 1st sem

the college is a little bit strict about academics and conducts 3 exams per semester mid sem 1 - 30 marks per sub mid sem 2 - 30 marks per sub end sem exam - 60 marks per subject there are many societies in the college namely Geek Room IEEE E cell NSS Eyantra Techsoc Prakriti GDSC and many more The college is good about placements and internship opportunities if you are a cse or it student the college timings are from 8 am to 2:30 pm for morning shift and 10 am to 4:30 pm for evening shift

MSIT, a college you can definitely consider

The fee of the first year is nearly 1.6L and further it decreases to 1.4L, the fees is definitely not affordable for all but it is not very expensive as well, for hostels facilities you have to pay 1L per annum, and scholarships are available for lower caste students. the placement as we have heard from seniors are good everyone gets a placement somewhere on campus but of course you need good skills and a CGPA above 8 to get a good package, the college provides everything but at the end, it's in your own hands

Great learning and life experience

Fee was not much , It was around 1lakh average per year. There is also management quota available for students to get the admission by paying some amount , which is obviously one time payment and It was around 6-10 lakhs
