Excellent teaching , profs are very much friendly with students .the college infrastructure is so good in ap one of the beautiful champus .
Opportunity of scholarship is very high compared to that of other colleges....a very good amount of full fee reimbursement is offered to the students that are qualified in eapcet and secured a good rank

The faculty are very good and friendly.they are very well knowledged but some of them are very poor in knowledge.most of them focus on only completing sem syllabus.some will interact better for your doubts or future insights

Excellent teaching , profs are very much friendly with students .the college infrastructure is so good in AP one of the beautiful champus .

Dislikes

Placements are not that much for ECE students very few core companies will come like 3 to 4.

My BTech life in My college

Likes

Thing I liked in my of Maharaj vijayaram gajapathi raj college of engineering the quality of infrastructure and full lab equipments for electrical branches
One of the my favourite block is Central library one of the excellent library I never seen library with digital lab and peace dul environment with AC
Faculty teaching also very good they teach very pleasantly with digital cinema I like that type of teaching..

Dislikes

College infrastructure and environment very good and with peace ful environment..one more thing my College got greenery award also

Placement Experience:

6th-semester students eligible for campus placements In Maharaj vijayaram gajapathi raj college of engineering total 66 companies visited Wipro, Amazon, Cisco, HCl, miracle like some core competencies also visited 95% Get a job in my dream company

My Btech Journey

Likes

The Faculty are student friendly like help us in both practical and physical way for our projects.
The infrastructure is quiet decent and the playgrounds are really large in size.
The clubs like Sports,music offer various opportunities in participate during the fests.

Dislikes

The campus is located very far from the city so as a result it is consuming the most of the energy.
The website of the college could be designed even more better.
The hostel food could be made some what good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course which I have chosen Computer science and technology in information is one of the most demanded courses in the current world.The improvements I would suggest in the curriculum is to go deeper in the concepts and explain them visually so that we as a student could understand it betterly and apply in practical life.

Review on MVGR College of engineering

Likes

The infrastructure of the college which spread around 40 acers of land. The faculty in college is very good and most of them hold a doctorate.
The library of the which looks like kings palace and has peaceful atmosphere and lot many books to read and other resources.
A cricket ground and basket ball court and every department has a badminton court.

Dislikes

The placement in college is not as expected. Very less core companies come for hiring with low packages.
Most of the companies visit the college are based on software. So there is a very less scope for an individual to join a core company
There is no scopes for the students who are not placed and should take their own decision next.

Placement Experience:

Students in 4 year with no active backlogs are eligible for placement. The companies visited are Orgware,Tcs,Kmv projects, hundai mobies, Medha servo etc. The highest package of the year was for 20 lpa for role of trainee . The around 50 percent of the students got placed in our department.

Navigating college life

Likes

The courses provided by our college is well structured and comprehensive which has significantly contributed to my learning.
The administration is usually transparent and communicates effectively.
The laboratories and classrooms are well equipped.

Dislikes

Grounds are not well maintained, making unable to play in rainy season.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course for its comprehensive curriculum which covers the important topics. The course work effectively prepares us for real world applications. However incorporating hands on projects and practical skills. The exams are well timed and challenging through more frequent assessments.

Likes

Faculty will supports for the better of the students
Best infracture with all facilities for a student to gain knowledge

Curriculum need to be changed to know students how the things will work on outside

Even in the recent events of corona and recession period MVRG college has placed many of the eligibled students in best companies and the placment ratio has been increasing yearly and also the average package was 4.5 lpa

The college life of MVGR

Likes

The campus environment and the infrastructure
The support from the teaching staff which encourages us more

Dislikes

The academic planning and subject planning which should more accurate
Our college doesn't encourages culture events as for now and management shows no interest

Placement Experience:

The placement and placement assistance is provided in the college itself When your in 4th year graduation and having no backlog you will be eligible for the campus placements Last year the placement percentage is 82 percentage I was planing for masters after the degree

Likes

The campus was lush and green with trees all around
The library was more advanced having many facilities
The admin block was shaped like a palace

Dislikes

The curriculum was little bit hefty and confusing
The mess food was a bit unhealthy and had less options

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placements after 6th sem and they get to sit in placements .my college placements were good but this year due to recession. The companies didn't visit much and we got only few companies this time however the reality of the training and placement cell will be different they won't accept it

I like the faculty behaviour among the students, where it's free and friendly to ask any doubt regarding subject
I feel relaxed in the classroom with good sitting benches and free air from windows and the room is spacious enough to everyone

Dislikes

Some times Showing gender bias among the students in the fest of the college

Placement Experience:

Students willing with the 7th semester are eligible for campus placements with some requirements like CGPA. We will have many offers in our college. A percentage from 60 to 90 are eligible for placements.
