Review on MVGR College of engineering

The curriculum is well designed which can be implemented in the real world scenarios. It need to more practical way teaching rather than theoritical. The terms exams are conducted for every 5 months and the level is moderate however smaples questions are provided by the faculty.

Students in 4 year with no active backlogs are eligible for placement. The companies visited are Orgware,Tcs,Kmv projects, hundai mobies, Medha servo etc. The highest package of the year was for 20 lpa for role of trainee . The around 50 percent of the students got placed in our department.

The tution fee is 67700 per year Training and placement cost 3000 per year (from 2nd year) Accreditation fee 3000 per year Bus fee depends upon route Semester exam fees 2250 There will be a prize money of around 35000 for studnets who have secured highest cgpa in their departments.

The college is spread over 40 acres of land which consists of cricket ground and basket ball court. The administration block looks vere pretty and gives a feeling that you are in a kings palace. The library also have good peaceful atmosphere whith wide ranges of domain related books in first floor and wide ranges of magazine, journal published by IEEE and others and newspapers. The library also has a many computers with internet facility. The whole library is centrally air conditioned. The clasrooms are not that much technically advanced but equiped with cctv and projector. The college has a very few active clubs and can be joined without any fee like dance club and art club.

In order to take addmission in the college you need to write an exam conducted by APSHE called as APEAPCET and obtain a good rank to get a seat in the college. In order to get seat in management quota you need to pay a 70000 rs per year as tution fee and there will be no govt applicable for that.

The students to faculty ratio is around 16:1. Their approach of teaching is very impressive and most of them hold a doctorate degree and most them have graduated from the iit's and nit's. The fuculty is very supportive.
