MITS Gwalior Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

as i am in 1st yr so i do no much about placement but as i got to know is there is average placement around 5-6 lpa and students about 6-7 semester became eligible for placement . many companies visit like wipro , tcs, cognizant etc

The placements are quite good. After the completion of 3 year, the student is ready for placements. The average package offered by the college is 6 lpa and the highest package offered was 15 lpa. Roughly 60-70 percent of students get a placement offer

I chose B-tech CSE because that's the decent branch in this college and the faculty is also very cooperative. The professors here are also very helpful. There are a total of 159 students in the CSE branch and the ratio is about 129:30(B: G). For the first semester the exams are very easy, 1 mid-semester (Held in October -November), 2nd mid-semester plus proficiency tests (December) and End semester (January)

i choose CSE as my career option due to the future demands and scope in this branch the job opportunities in it the faculty in my college or any other college whether it be an IIT or NIT or any engineering college is not much concerned about the students unless he\she is not serious themselves yes but the qualification of the faculty are not matched with the proffesors of IIT and NIT mostly the faculty members are qualified with a doctrate degree and masters in their respected fields some have also qualified the GATE exam the terms exam are generally conducted without much gap between as the cource is started late in the academic year probably from september you will start your first year and coming to the difficulty of papers than just be chilled you'll easily score 90-95% marks by just studying 2 days prior for mid terms and a week prior for the END sem

The course curriculum is very flexible all the faculties are well qualified from prestigious institution like IITs and nits The exam will be conducted every month sem 1,2 ends sem this is the process then another sem will start student ratio is good boys are 1:2 around.

Students will be eligible for three mandatory internships out of which two internships are provided in the college itself and the rest of the internships will be done by the student in the company itself it is not compulsory that students have to do the internship in the college they can also do it in the company also and If I talk about the percentage of placement than it will around 80-90% and if I talk about the plans after degree than I will sit in the college placement and I will give my best in the college placement.

After 6 and 7 semesters students are eligible for campus placements. Quiter.Trident, Britannia and many more companies are visited in mits gwalior every year. On campus highest placement is 40 LPA and off Campus highest placement is 1 crore and and average package is approx 5 LPA for every branch na &LPA for CSE. This is a good college.

From 3rd semester one becomes eligible for placements. Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro,tcs, Google, and john deere are there to name a few. offers of about 6 lpa to 1 cr are made by companies. highest being rs 1 cr. percentage of placement is decent at about 80 percent. I plan to go for higher studies.

From the 6th semester, all were eligible for campus placement and 54 companies visited here which gave 780 offers. Avg placement is 6 lpa and more than 70% got placed. I will be focused on career and will become a software developer
