Admission to the B.Tech Electrical Engineering program at Haldia Institute of Technology (HIT) primarily occurs through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) and JEE Mains. Candidates must have passed their 12th standard from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and typically need to achieve 60% aggregate in these subjects.
