I have chosen this course beacuse we have family business of textile.so I have benifit in this course. In our semester we have oy 20 students and 3 faculty.our all faculty are fully graduate in textile engineering.and they all have upto 10 years teaching experience.our semester is about 5 month and 2 weeks of final exam .exam is little tough but we manage very well and we pass exam nicely

The placement opportunities are from semester 7th. But only few good companies visit in our campus , mostly there are local software and hardware companies, But to improve campus placement there is TCS YEP program. Which helps students to prepare for interview rounds well.

The placement of GEC surat is also very good. Average 90-95% student placed by on-campus placement. The highest package offered is 8 LPA and the average package offered is 3-5 LPA. The top recruiters of VGEC are TCS, GNFC, Infosys, IBM, TatvaSoft, Tech Mahindra, Torrent Power.
