Hostel Facilities:

The GEC Surat hostel is a government hostel therefore it has very minimus fees of 2000 to 3000 Rs per year. Therefore there is no financial burden on students or their parents for accomodation. Lunch and food is provided in college canteen at very minimal costs.

Hostel Facilities:

In the hostel 3 students can stay in one room or each one will be given a bed and study table.There are a lot of network problems.Mess facilityis not available we have to go outside or ordering some foods.Registration process is to fill form on google given by institute. After some days merit list has release in which your name mention tis means that u got room in hostel. The fees of hostel i paid is 2750 rupees.

There is a issue of hot water drinking water and rooms are very bad condition not clean , hygienic issue in bathroom.hostel don't have mess.and take fees of 7000.there is good pg around college but some of them are full

Hostel facilities of GEC Surat are good as there is minimal charges of arround 2000Rs per year and it gives a room of 3 students with their beds, table, chairs and lockers for each students and there are general bathrooms and washrooms are also available. The food is also good in cafeteria at minimal rate of 70Rs per thali and healthy. Other options are also available outside of campus like pizza, restaurents and other fast foods.

The facilities provided in hostel is a room with three sharing bed. The registration process for getting eligible in hostel is your hometown should not be within 70 KM of college campus. The fees for year is 3000. Which include water and electricity bill. The hostel mess is not here so student have to arrange mill by self. The college have separate facilities for girls and boys for residence

IN HOSTEL ONE ROOM FOR FOUR STUDENTS. INCLUDE FAN, LIGHT , AND CLEAN BATHROOM. MEAL QUALITY IS GOOD. AND ALL DAYS FOR EAT VEG LIKE POTETO , BHINDI, ETC SUBJI AND ROTI. MARIT BASSED REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR HOSTEL. THERE ARE MANY RENT ROOMS AVALIBLE NEAR 100 MITERS.

Actually I live in private hostel ...so the accomodation is there too ..my hostel name is dyalji ashram and it's a very good and reputed hostel near my area . Here food is also provided and with the best quality there is no limitation for eating .. it's depends upon us ..this hostel is affordable for a middle class boys as it's 6 months fees is around 18000 with food .. this hostel is very strict in discipline as no one can go out after 10 o'clock as it's gate are closed and if you want to go out then you need to take permission and if they allow than we can go.

So the hostel facility is given for diploma students is not so good (the degree hostel comparatively good) but the room is big enough and in 1 room 2-3 three students stay together and the yearly fee is 720 (it's like free) but there is no facility for food you have to manage three-time food by yourself.
