.Challenges faced by students.

Faculty:

Our faculty are not soo good, like the sir of "PPS" Subject not even completed 3 chaptees and exams are from 20th december only 25 days left and all the portion is remaining so faculty is not good Our maths teachers are good as they are only left with 2 chapters to complete portion rest of all faculty members are do nothing and also not telling how to and what to prepare for exams, it is very difficult to do studies with this type of coordination with faculty member.

An affordable but too strict college

In my experience, the faculty-to-student ratio is quite high. A single class often has around 80 students, and there are relatively few faculty members available per subject. This can sometimes make it challenging to get individual attention and makes the faculty seem less approachable

A good college with less fees

The faculty are really good in our college. They are experienced and really helpful. The exams system is really amazing but they are really strict about attendance if students have less attendance then they can appear in exam . The course curriculum is really relevant and if a student do enough hardwork it's easy for him to clear exams

The knowledge of professors, all of them have a minimum degree of Masters in their respective subjects and those with Masters are all pursuing Phd in the subjects, nearly 80% of the professors already have a phd so its a very good choice.
Efforts of the professors for completing the syllabus on time, yes they'll take extra lectures and they will assure that you attend it.
Minimum 75% attendance so that every student attends the classes regularly and study with utmost attention

Each and every professor employed here atleast has a masters degree and 70 -80 % of them are with a Phd, which is just so good because they can explain and they explain each and every topic, subtopic in a good detailed way. The faculties are well approachable but you just need to be polite with them if not they have the power to ruin everything. Faculty like Vinod sir are very very smart in their field, very cooperative to the students and just feels so good when we talk to them. There is no such faculties in my case which i dislike. Exams taken by the college are tough if you haven't attended lectures regularly but yes they are tough than the university exams too. But the faculties try to make you pass in the exams but will assure that students with less efforts in their academics dont get good grades.

Professor are taking all the lecture according to schedule.

Faculty member are supportive. They conduct their lecture on time.75 % attendance criteria is there.Lab is conducted as per schedule. Faculty provide question for assignment. Teaching technique is goood.

Our faculties are very supporting to us which I like the most.
Our college campus and faculties are very good. Our classrooms and labs are also big which I like. Our college have different building for each department.

In our college well qualified teachers are teaching in our department and also other departments. In my opinion our faculties are very talented. Whenever I ask my query to them, they always give me answers and solve my doubts. Their answers are always give me satisfaction. and they are very supporting. When it was my first day in this college i don't know anything about this college but whenever I ask any teacher anythig they always answer me very calmly and gentaly. and also our visiting faculties are also talented. Each subject have two faculty member and they are very good.

The faculty demonstrated strong expertise in their fields, using engaging teaching methods that made complex concepts easier to grasp. They were approachable and supportive, offering valuable mentorship that guided both academic and personal growth.

Faculty in need a new teaching skills. Need a placement high rate of our callge.

The faculty to student ratio wad manageble, allowing for sufficient interaction. The liked faculty name is Ms. Hayati Rupani. This faculty teaching is best and behavior is also like me. Is the best teacher. The name of didn't like a faculty is Heman lakdawala. Because behavior is not good not understand your resion. And first look in see this student is good or not. Per sem 3 exam is internal exam is 30 marks. Practical exam is 50marks. External exam is 70 marks

The overview of government engineering college, surat

There's faculty are very supportive to students, and most of the faculty gained Ph.D. in their fields . I like Mr. Mehta , who teach mechanical engineering and who was formed H.O.D. of mechanical engineering.He is most supportive to students and always helping to others. I don't like the current H.O.D. of mechanical engineering, MR. SHUKLA , because he didn't let me gow to GTU ROBOTICS CLUB, which is in GTU HEADQUARTER, CHANDKHEDA, AHMEDABAD. There are mid semester exam and end semester exam. The are quite difficult for some students , but overall 80% students passed the exams in the year.
