Government Engineering College Idukki B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Yearly , it consists of two semesters. One odd and other even . Odd semester fees is about 5790 /- and even semester fees is about 3700/- . Development fees in case of hostels is 750/- per semester. When opting for hostels monthly rent in government hostels is 310/- The examination fees has to be paid apart from the above mentioned tution fees. Each papars costs 210/- and for lab it is approximately 420/- per paper. There are many scholarships according to the income , caste and other situations of the students. NSP scholarship provides students with an average of 15000/- per year for students. Egrantz and other such scholarships are there respective of their category . These are the total amount of fees needs to be paid .

The fees are decided as per the Government of Kerala norms and cost to study is much low as compared to other colleges.

My father is a government employee, so I won't get any scholarships. But my friends are getting many scholarships. Unfortunately I don't know the names. In case of loans I don't know any as the fees in our college is not much expensive and it is affordable.

The fee structure in the college is quite feasible. The fee is only about 8000 per annum. Scholarships are provided for every students. The college officials give time for paying the fee. The fee structure is flexible.

you don't have to worry about fees. because, I got 3 kinds of scholarships from the different schemes, which almost include some total of 50k a year. that is enough to study in a government college. u have to search for scholarships. e-grants and moma are the main schemes. per sem ur fees and all college expenses will cover under 10k.

Yes loan and scholarships are provided as per normal terms and conditions. The college providing e-grantz for almost everyone. And many other scholarships are available. The students will have the option to opt the scholarship from many options available and the college and management will do the needy as per our request
