Candidate with a pass in the pre-degree examination of the universities in Kerala state with mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination accepted as equivalent thereto, securing a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics, and 50%marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry put together are eligible for admission. Socially and educationally backward classes {as approved by Government} of Kerala with a total family income below Rs. 42000 and who have secured a minimum of 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and chemistry put together are eligible for admission.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid about Rs. 10,000 for my first year, which included Admission fees, Tuition fees, Examination fees, and Miscellaneous fees including Sports and Arts fees and College Transportation fees. I pay about this amount every year, i.e, about Rs. 45,0000 for an average college bachelors' course, including some extra fees. I do not have any scholarships, but I did enroll on the merit basis.

GCEK-Best Engineering College in Northern Kerala

Dislikes

There are two series exams and one semester exam in each semester.
My batch is still following KTU'd old 2019 scheme.
There is a lot of assignments in each semester.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fees in GCE Kannur is very low as it is a government institute.The tution fees per year is around 9650 only.And most of the students can apply scholarships which cover full amount of their tuition fee.

Overview of My College

Fees and Financial Aid:

The course is for 4 years having 8 semester. In each semester one has to pay the tuition fee amount to around 5000 plus bus fee and exam fee so total amount is around 6500 to 7000 per semester .So in 4 years it amount to around 60000.Scholarships like egrantz are available.

I studied in an Government engineering College so the fees were not high nor does they hike up during my time of study . I was not eligible for any scholarships so I don't know about that but my friends do get the benefits of scholarships.The college fees is about 15000

Talking about the fee structure, it seemed sometimes very high amount when it is said we study in a government college. Hostel fees took much amount. Apart from that everything needs to be paid in the college. There were scholarships, but it took much time .

I have to complete a tatal of 4 years and I'm funding fees in every year and it's around 60000 per year.And the total fees is around 2 lakhs.And the scholarship is very valuable scholarship in Kerala.And this campus isn't offering job opportunity.
