An honest review of GCE KANNUR by a student

The college is merit based admission college, to get admission in this college you have to write an entrance exam which is KEAM and I have a rank of 16000 in KEAM So the college I first confirmed admission was GEC Kozhikode which was a good college but the campus was too small so there was a spot admission which was held by GCE kannur and I applied for it The admission process is managed by KEAM they give you a date to take admission and the process gets done in 2hrs you have to be physically present with your parents , The overall admission experience was smooth and well managed by the faculties

The college is one of the prestigious institution college for engineering in Kerala.A Student should get a good rank in Kerala engineering entrance exam to get admitted here.So we get a good social value as we study here.

I have applied for many other colleges but this college was i chooses because this college has a good nirf ranking when compared to the other colleges I had applied like GCE Idukki,GCE wayanad etc. Also I was rejected from CET Trivandrum as my rank was not that good enough to get admitted there.To get admission in GCE Kannur there are numerous conditions like you must be student from Kerala,Must have passed Kerala engineering entrance exam within the cutoff rank to get admission letter from the college.

GCEK-Best Engineering College in Northern Kerala

The admission in this college is based on the entrance exam KEAM conducted by Government of Kerala. Students who passed 12th in science stream can attend KEAM exam. And polytechnic students can get admission into second year by lateral entry.There is seperate exam for that.

KTU university admission is through KEAM entrance examination, and also add +2 marks in mathematics, physics, chemistry. The cutt off is based on category like general,OBC, SC etc, SC category get more reservations Every College help desk will help the admission process through online and offline, KEAM entrance exam is not much difficult, syllabus is based on plus one and plus two, In 2024 exams are conducted by different shift like JEE I think that category based reservation should be stop, because it effect highly scored students opportunity

For getting into Kannur government college of engineering we need to go through KEAM examination which is conducted for students who have passed class 12. KEAM examination is comparatively easy when compared with JEE or other exams. The exam consist of Physics chemistry and Mathematics. Prepration can be done along with 11th 12 th preparation.
