Likes

Events like talentia and swagat encourage students to outshine their talents and know more about themselves.
Teachers: some were friendly some were not . if behaviour is good teachers are supporting.
Top companies like amazon , microsoft, zoho, hcs ,hcl everyone used to visit this college and pick up the right choice for them .

Dislikes

One thing is that there is no drinking water within the block. Whereas water is available in the canteens
Students: all were being egoistic and not helping mind.Not all..bus some toxic
The campus is little smaller when compared to other colleges as it resides inside the city.

Balance of Knowledge and Fun

Likes

The experienced faculty members with high technical knowledge and always open to explain new concepts.
The Campus Life programs that kept the college lively throughout the academic year.
The provision of many technical development labs.

Dislikes

The strict timings even during harsh weather conditions.
Less importaqnce to sports and culutural activities
Long lecture hours without any breaks in between.

Placement Experience:

On the whole the college has very good placements compared to other colleges. Almost 90 percent of the students are placed while the remaining opt for higher studies. Many reputed companies like Amazon,TCS ,Infosys ,Arcadia ,Kinaxis ,Raputa offer placements.

I like they set the students free and guide them friendl manner
I like the affordable amount of canteen food and their quality
I love the infrastructure is full of greening environment and feels pleasent

Dislikes

They are not allowing lab frequently all timw they are not utilizing all labs
Some of the teachers are showing partiality among students
Alsway collects money for each and every event expect the pongal celebration

Placement Experience:

Campus placesmentsa are elgible after 3rd and 2nd year.highest package in this 2024is 47lpa and percentage of placing is about 70to 80percentage. Average packages are ahout. 6lpaa. They really train us well to clear this placement

A Review of my college

Likes

The college provides equal importance for cultural and studies
They are not keeping colleges in saturdays and Sundays which helps us to improve our technical skill instead of only doing college works
Have food courts in various areas like for each block making students convenient

Dislikes

The hostel is not worth for money ,it is not clean
The food is good in canteen but not in hostel
College is not spacious it is very small to accomodate all the students

Placement Experience:

In our College the placements will come after completing the 6th semester taking the CGPA till sem 6 and the students can apply what ever companies they can eligible according to their CGPA .The placements were not that much good on last year most of the students were placed in bulk recruitment. But this year the principal has changed lots startups came to hire students in our college with a package more than 5LPA. As I am going to study 6 semester I don't no about the placement process exactly, I updated this after hearing out from my seniors.

SRM Easwari Engineering College provides a good learning environment with supportive faculty and decent infrastructure. The college encourages students in academics, technical activities, and extracurricular events. As an Electronics and Communication Engineering student, I have gained valuable knowledge, skills, and exposure through various opportunities offered by the college.

I’m currently studying at SRM Easwari Engineering College. The college is good in academics, discipline, and placements, with supportive faculty and regular training programs. Labs and infrastructure are decent. However, the rules are quite strict, attendance is taken seriously, and campus life can feel limited compared to bigger universities. Overall, it’s a good choice for students focused mainly on studies and career opportunities.

Placements at Easwari Engineering College are well-structured with strong support from a dedicated placement cell. The college maintains a good placement record with reputed companies visiting the campus every year and regular training in aptitude, technical skills, and soft skills to prepare students for industry requirements. Apart from placements, the college provides excellent exposure through technical events, workshops, hackathons, and industry-oriented programs like Cisco.
