From the ending of the 6th-semester students become eligible for placements but for college placements they are eligible from the starting of 7th semester. Wipro, tech Mahindra, TCS, Byzu's and so many companies visits the college and offers so many job opportunities to the students. 10 LPA highest package and average package is 5-6 LPA. 95% students got placed. To get job in the IT industry and make a good career as a software Developer.

Placement is also better than the other private collages in durgapur. Many international companies (like-tcs and tech mahindr) are invited for on campus recruitment. For core branch like mechanical and electrical one or two multinational companies like pinnacle Infotech Brg group and some local companies are also called for on campus recruitment.In our college many companies are visiting their lists are- ASG Biochem Pvt LTD, Asha Bhanu technical services (ABTS), SRMB steel, Essar oil, global IT Expert, PCS Global Pvt Ltd, Manlift India PVT LTD, Bhilwara info technology.

My dream was to be a successful mechanical engineer. For this reason, I was admitted to B-tech Mechanical Engineer. Then I got admission to the Durgapur Institute of advanced technology and management. In our college teacher and student-faculty ratio is 12: 1.

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Sigma comes to offer the job to the students. The packages of 2.5-8 lakhs have been given to the students as per our seniors.

From the 6th semester, students can apply to get jobs through campus placement. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS comes for placement. In electrical engineering about 60% of students get placed by placement others took exams like a Gate for placement or higher studies. I'm going to take the Gate exam for getting into a good organization.

At present, the competition for employment is increasing and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and recruiting them with skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. So, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Our top recruiters are WIPRO, L&T , COGNIZANT ,TECH MAHINDRA ,ITC , IBM and many more. The highest package offered is 8.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest package offered is 3.6 lakhs per annum. The college data shows that from the past 5 years around 80 % of the students(including 3rd and final year) get selected during the campus placements every year.

Students of final year are eligible for placement criteria. Every year multiple companies visit for placement. Many companies like TCS, Accenture, IBM, Oracle etc. visit our campus for recruitment. The placement cell of this college is the best thing of this college. The placement of students depends on their academic performance and also on their branch. CSE and EEE branch students get placement easier than compared to core branches. The highest package offered in CSE is 12 LPA. And the average salary package is 4 LPA. 65% students got placed from CSE branch in past years.

From the 7th Semester, students are eligible for their campus. The companies are TCS, Tech Mandira, Wipro, Capgemini and other companies visited in our college. The total number of students who got their placement is 60%. When I will complete my B. Tech definitely I will opt for a job in a well-known company.

Students from 7th semester are eligible to seat in placements in on campusing. There are mainly service-based companies who visit our campus for hiring like TCS, WIPRO and most of the startup also come for hiring students. The thing is that one who seriously covered the basics of their subjects and good at coding then they are going to get placed. But one more important thing is their personality development and communication skills should be improved and it can be achieved by doing Nptel courses and taking part in co-curricular activities. It gives the highest package of 10 lakhs and the average is 3.5 LCS. Students from IT/CSE/ECE branches almost all are placed. Almost 60-70% students are placed. Not all the students but 20% of them are placed in good reputed service-based companies. And rest others they are also placed with a decent package. It also depends upon the strength and calibre of students how he/she performs in interviews.
