Good infrastructure with cafe and canteen inside the college
Teaching faculty very kind humble with good experience and
All faculty teach nicely . Placements are good with good package

Dislikes

More social interaction and activities should take place
More practical approach of teaching should be there
Inter College cultural activities are quite less, it should be done

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Average package is around 4lpa. Companies like TCS Infosys come for placements. Most students around 60% get placed. While rest go for higher studies or outside interviews.

i love the campus. the improvement must be about stage in the campus and more events must be conducted
faculties of particular department support a lot. boys and girls are equally given opportunities and the ratio is similar
i like food provided and also cleanliness in our college

Dislikes

I would like to specify perfect lab facilities
for some kind of internships they have not provided basic requirements such as speaker
the entertainment events has to be conducted very often

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty providing us the core motivation to learn new skills influenced me to choose this course. My college provides me new problems to face the real world. I have tried developing new skills in college camous to improve my course curriculum. I take quite hours to complete my exam scripts to impress the correctors.

Our college DBIT

Likes

I like the ground in our college it was clean and very big to play any games
Our college will conduct sports for every sem and this will very. Usefull
Our college washroom are clean and it was washed every day maintenance is good

Dislikes

Cafeteria will be very crowded every time and it was so small and the cast ware also high
There is no smart boards in any classroom and the desks are very bad and there is no proper instrument in labs
The wifi is poor and there no charge portal in class room it was very difficult to at time when we bring laptop

Placement Experience:

Our college placement are good and there are many companies which visit our college and many of seniors got good placement and package and if no campus placement is offered I have planned my career by doing trading I spend 2 years by learning trading and by saving money I do business by any coffee shop branches and other business

Our DBIT

Likes

I like the way the people interact here and the faculty is partially friendly
The basketball ball court because i love to play basketball and i hangout most of my free time here
The college canteen food is good and affordable (average)

Dislikes

Our classrooms are not up to the mark because there is no smart projector in every class and no charging ports (in case we bring laptops to college that will be hard situation for us to maintain the charge the whole day)
Next thing is labs , here all the systems are very old (windows 7) and most of them are damaged.
There is wifi in college but they did not provide the facility to use it for students

Placement Experience:

The students from 7th and 8th sem are eligible for placements but our college will not provide that much opportunity to students Only 40 to 50 percent students hardly get placements in our college . Plans means i hope to get placement but i don't know what happens

Don Bosco Institute of technology: A Student's perspective.

Likes

The green environment around the college. It's very refreshing.
Encouragement for sports. Availability of drinking water in each floors.

Dislikes

The place where the college is located is poorly maintained. Walking to college everyday is a struggle. The roads are dirty.
The classrooms are poorly maintained. Food provided in the cafeteria is overpriced and bad. There's no place to sit and eat.

I've heard that a lot of companies visit our college during the campus placements. The placements are quite good. There's a friend of mine who is senior who got placed in HP for 7lpa, which is quite good as a beginner. Since, getting placed is quite stressful as there's interviews with a lot of rounds, only a few are placed. Maximum would be 10. My plan after getting my degree is to join Indian Navy.

Likes

I liked the campus of the college . Mainly the greenery and the crowd
I liked the faculty not how they reach but their behaviour towards students
I like the course which I have taken because it is the best in the college and the play area like cricket ground , basket Ball court etc

Dislikes

The classroom infrasturture or the facilities provided i.e no charging points in classroom
The no of assignments and projects they give is not tolerable

Placement Experience:

From 6 sem students are eligible for placements There are around 50 comapnys visited Highest package was 30 lpa and average package was 4.5 lpa from companies like TCS , infosys 70 to 80 percentage get placed My plans are to gooo off campus and get placed

Good but not worth it

Likes

One thing i liked is that you will get good friends.
The college is pretty chill with the attendance.

Dislikes

It can get a bit difficult if you don't know kannada.
There are not much events conducted in the college.
There is less exposure given to students to industry.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college are average. The ones you see on college website getting 30LPA are off campus placements. Earlier good companies used to visit our college , but over time it has decreased but hopefully they might come if the students perform good.

Don bosco is decent college

Our college campus is full of trees and plants and we get fresh air from this trees
The faculties are very friendly and they respond to every student
College structure quality is good our college has water supply for each flour

Dislikes

They have limited gym facilities where everyone unable to utilize the gym facilities
We don't have separate yoga class for the people who are interested in yoga
The college bus facilities are expensive where one can't afford the bus

Likes

College is greenary . Good infrastructure
Many books are available in library for reffering
Good teachers .the way they teach the concepts

Dislikes

No fest vil be done in college probably 2 fests vil be done per year
College timings are the main thing that everyone student here hates
The components in lab are old which msg provide diff output during sem exams which makes students panic

Placement Experience:

Here there are placements provided in our college which helps students getting placed in campus The average package is 5 to 6lap which is good that many of them are dreaming of taking it. We do have the placement training in our college which helps students for placement
