Yeah, we have a great opportunity for campus placements and also intership programs.
Yeah as before the fees is not that much low it is hiked to a extent of greater than 15000. we can get a scholarship from the government if we get a good rank in eamcet.
Many clubs are there but the auditorium is small, fests are nice but are done less in number, classroom facilities are good, sports competitions will be held, extracurricular activities, there are nice clubs to join.

Dislikes

In cvr college of engineering the disliked is about the auditorium is very small
Very bad so you can take pg outside for a cost of 60000 per year and the same costs 90000 in the hostel that is provided by the college.
There are no scholarships for students who have no reservation benefits.

CVR school of engineering

Likes

Campus , they've got a lot of trees and labs are good too
Faculty are good , they care for the students
Canteen is okayish , taste should be improved

Dislikes

Strictness. It's like a school and there's not much freedom
Lack of events and leisure periods , rarely we get a fest
Classrooms should be remodelled. They look very old and ugly. Hygiene is okayish too

Placement Experience:

I'm still in the first year , so idk much about the placements and this course is new one , so placements scenario is yet to be unknown. College has claimed 100% placements, no idea how true it is lol .

REVIEW OF CVR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING BY ME.

Likes

Yeah, the college is nice with 40 acres of place and had a huge cricket playground,it appears to be as same as stadium.The provides all type of sports including both indoor and outdoor
The faculty of first year was no nice ,they explain us everything very clearly.They take care very and help us to improve our knowledge and scoring good marks.
The college provides good library facility and the interaction with faculty is easy accessibility.

Dislikes

The cricket ground in the college is only showing for college reputation.All members are not allowed in the ground, only the tournaments of the colleges will be played .
The faculty of second year is weird,they behave like something else.
The stress level of assignment and notes, records are very high.The college is very Strict and no events will be celebrated in grand way.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides campus placements but only for those who had no backlogs . It's not out college decesion the companies are demanding the college to send the people with no backlogs and having CGPA greater than 8.5. Overall the placements are okay.

About the college siiet

Likes

The lecturers are good and teaches you in the very good way you will have quality education
Timings of the college are 9:40 to 4:00 pm college buses are available
You will be allowed to play the games you are interested in

Dislikes

The timings of the lunch break is just 30 minutes
You are not allowed in the college if you're bit late
Only 2 or 3 events will be conducted in the college in Every year

The students who have passed out without backlogs and in the final year are eligible for college placements companies like Amazon,tata visited and number of offers are more than 50 highest package will be 20 lakhs and Lower will be 2 lakhs. To do masters

The faculty is verymuch well trained and the materials are good
The lab facility and the infrastructure is great
Crt training and inovation hub are booming and supportive

Dislikes

The campus is situated on the outskirts of the city
Hi risk zones in college with our signals and no near hospital
No stationary and Xerox shops which sometimes are important

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 2ns semister stundents are sent to placements And crt is done from 2nd year only Sofar many companys like amazon dell Capgemini etc have appeared Highest package was 45lpa and average is around 2 Almost 70% of the students get placement I am planning to go abroad

Events and the organisations held here are only good
The enormous canteen is a great thing here
Some faculty do encourage you to learn new skills that help you a lot and they also guide you

Dislikes

The harsh fine system.. almost everything has a fine like if you come late to college you have to pay 200, 500 if you didn’t bring your buss pass and many more harsh fine structure
Irrelevant curriculum… some courses are so out of context that we sometime think is it really useful for us.. like we are made to learn electronics when we are pure software students
Not letting anything to be done on students consent… they would not let you to do anything on your consent… you have to take the college permission first like internships… they might reject it because it did not came from them

Placement Experience:

They would ask you to sign a particular agreement wherein you are asked to pay 1lakh+trainign cost+fine.. assume around 2.5 - 3 lakhs as a fine when you would leave the company if you rejected the college offer which is like a straight up to hell agreement... but you would only be placed in higher packaged company... this agreement is for coding batch students who would be given separate training (the training cost us for these)... I'm in coding batch so I know... else if you are not in it no need to pay but you would be placed in less salary company

A good place to learn

Likes

Strict and fully dealed as school and concentrates on studies
They help us to code properly and by creating a deel with ebox and all codes are practices in it
Always helps in improving the mentality and boost our mindser

Dislikes

No events are held in the venue only 1 event for year
Full strict and full of fines and fully looting the students
There is no enjoyment and fully and strict rules for the life

Campus and equipment and faculty response
May too strict for engineering but good studies

Not giving enough freedom for students in first year
Hostel is so attached to college that we cant do things we want to in hostel
Too many restrictions for doing things we want

Placements of this college are good and with my capabilities I can have a job. Even if I don't get a nice one I want to write gate exam and do masters in IIT to get one nice job with good package or I can even plan to go abroad.

Cvr college of engineering provides 100 percent placements
We have many clubs like dance singing acting...etc
Our college faculty is soo good and very experienced

Dislikes

College hostel accommodation is not good
College is very strict and too much fines
Securities are very rude showing unnecessary attitude

Placement Experience:

Our college is very good at placements.From 4th year students are eligible for college placements.Companies like Amazon ,deloitte, commvault...etc visit our college. Highest package is 32LPA and average is 8LPA Almost 80 percent of students get placements If not placement I would choose masters

The faculty is so good. They provide good training
I love it overall. Communication between teachers is good
The infrastructure is too good and weather is nice

Dislikes

I don't like the expensive fee. Fee is too much
The college is very strict. So I don't like it
The finest are too much. It's like a school

Placements ar egood in our college. Many companies come here. And they give good packages. We should maintain minimum 80% to get in to a good company. PWC, dbs, oracle ,infosis. Have already visited our college and recruited. Around 30 members got placed till now

The infrastructure of CVR College of Engineering is good. By this, it does not mean the looks but facilities in comparison to other colleges at Hyderabad.

The placements are good. But, your chances of getting placed during the campus recruitment drive are higher in CBIT or Vasavi. At CVR, you can apply for placements only if you choose for higher studies.

CVR is too much to handle. The institute runs behind “professionalism” which is merely scoring higher marks, 100% attendance, submitting formal papers which actually contain plagiarized content; all copied from the internet, wearing formals to the labs, and all such things.

You will have no time for yourself. You will always be occupied by some assignment or some record or to finish something up quickly because of the approaching deadline. But, it will certainly get you something, either mark, or attendance, or fines!

You won’t have time even for an internship or if you choose to dedicate serious time to your game.
