Its a open campus that is hate most, class is 2.5 km from hostel

BIT sindri the great

Likes

I liked the faculty, the resources and the overall environment og the college.
Placements are also very decent and the in core braches also
The infrastructure is also very good and everything for basic need is avail in the college and hostel.

Dislikes

College classrooms are not air conditioned.
Some labs are not well maintained and many equipments are not working
Some taps and building are needed to be maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as it has higher placement rate and the intership is also good. The curriculum prepares me good for the real world experience. There need to maintain the good timing for every subject for studies in the class room. After every starting semester after 3 weeks there is a internal assessment which makes our study material good for end semester.

Campus Life : Hostel Life is good and environment is greenery which gives nice feeling.
Course is also good not too much load of course subjects there is time in which you can prepare for GATE and CAT Exams.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not good. Also electricity is not good.
Official works takes lots of time and quite hectic.

From 3rd year onwards students become eligible for campus placements. About 100 companies visit the college including Tech and Non-Tech companies like DE Shaw, SAMSUNG, YAMAHA, TCS, TATA STEEL, VEDANTA, L&T, ITC, UNACADEMY, DELOITTE, JSW, ABG, SHREE CEMENT, ADANI and many more. About 2-3 offers made per student. Highest package is about 15-16 LPA. Average package is about 5-6 LPA. About 90-95% students get placed every year. If placement is good then continue in the company else plans for higher studies.

BEST STATES ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN JHARKHAND IM PROUD PART OF THIS COLLEGE
In 2023 year in india education fee is high not affordable for low middle class so im lucky this college provide very affordable fee for everyone
Best roi college only 30 thousand fee in 4 year and average placement 6 lpa means 10x

Dislikes

Only for jharkhand domicile then exposure is neglible
Reservation is main concern i think so college growth rate low
Outside college and states government college then growth rate is very low

BIT SINDRI LIFE EXPERIENCE

Likes

You will get time for your self improvement.
Course fees is very less you can afford easily.
Faculties are very helpful and guide us for improvement.

Dislikes

Campus life is very bad and boaring, you will not get fun.
Infrastructure of college is not so good.
Availability of resources is difficult in the campus.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester Students are eligible for the campus placement Adani fo mining engineering students. Highest package is 44 lakhs per annum by ECE STUDENT the average package offered is 6 lakhs per annum. About 80 percent of eligible students . My plan after getting degree is if possible do masters with good colleges through gate examination or else do a job in COAL INDIA LIMITED. (CIL).

The college campus is very good and well clean and greeny environment and very large campus that no one can view all campus in one days and very greeny like in campus many trees of mango and various other fruits trees and in the campus.
The college has very well experienced faculty members and experienced teachers and non teaching staff and the etc.
The college has very good building and separate department for all branches and various other labs and workshop are inside the Campus and the lecture hall is also separate and central library is also inside the campus.

Dislikes

The infrastructure has to renovate in the college
The labs and machine labs and workshop has to modified according to now.
The vacant land is use for new building and labs and workshop

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in bit sindri many huge numbers of companies visit in bit sindri and offers students and recruiting the students of bit sindri. The average package of this college is around 8.6 lpa and the mining engineering placement is very good the highest package is 16.5 lpa in mining branch and the students are eligible in placement after 6th semester. After 6th semester students are eligible for placement Ther are many companies came to bit sindri like vedanta, samsung,adani enterprises, l& t and jsw ,tata steel and various other many companies are came in campus of BIT SINDRI to recruit students of bit sindri More than 85 percent of students got placed in bit sindri Plans after getting degree is to open a business and run and recruiting the other students at my company's

The ROI of the college is best if you compare with other colleges.
The hostel Life is the best there are not so much restrictions in hostel
You will get enough time to prepare for other examination and to explore

Dislikes

Some seniors are arrogant and having bad relations with senior is not good
The sports opportunity is not so good limited sports are there

From 5th semester we became eligible for placement . Amazon Samsung and various big companies came too for it branches and for mining vedanta ,ABG , Adani, JSW offers s good package of 7 to 8 lakh nad vedanta offers 16.5 lakh per year 80 percentage in students get placed in mining engineering Prepare for GATE examination

I like the placement and ROI of the college as it hold 7LPA average package.
It provides a good environment for the students who willing to go towards government sector.
The mess and hostel staff and maintenance is quite good.

Dislikes

75% criteria for the attendance as it stops from following personal aim.
Not good facilities are provided in the class.
Unnecessary rules are there for the freshers.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for core branches but the IT branches suffers a little bit problem for ion campus Placement but those wwho work hard does better in off campus and also many students gets good packages in on campus too.

my brief what 'bouts on BIT SINDRI

Campus here is very lush green ,, clg is situated 28km far from dhanbad city, so one can experience peace and can inhale fresh air. environment in campus is very pure
Alumini Network of BIT sindri is very very strong. As BIT sindri was established in 1949,, with more than 75 years of college the students passed from here are present in each and every part of india and foreign as well
Faculty here are really very helpful and cooperative .. They try to provide every possible sort of information they have with them.. All are very well enlighted and here teacher student relations are quite good

Dislikes

Area out college is not very clean/sustainable ,, as college is near to mining sites
Mess food : college authority should have the supervision on quality of food provided in hostels as one can only study properly if it has been feed properly
as there is train facility in campus as fixed timings but travelling to dhanbad city from roadways is really very hectic

Placement Experience:

students in sixth semester onwards are offered to sit in placements ,the total job offfers made in 2022 was 860 offers made by variours companies . total 51 reknowed company visted the campus, the average package is 6.50 lpa and highest package is 45lpa ans=d in 2023 120 plus recruiter participated in campus placements . some names of recruiter are amazon, paytm, cognizant, ACC , Vipro ,Vedanta, Adani ,Reliance, JSW. about 80-90% of the student gets placed here every year. here student also opt for higher studies like college do provide masters degree in the campus

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.

The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.

The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
