Bit Pros and cons

Likes

Good studies and library also great at function
Hostel is close enough to the main campus
Clubs are great way to showcase the talent

Dislikes

The schedule is really bad in the college
Exam schedule changes very much and is really painful

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because I liked the idea of doing electronics and semiconductor design Faculty to student ratio of our college is quite poor. Qualification of the teacher and staff is good but term exams are not timely taken

I like this college in many purposes 1. In this college study environment is better .
2. Faculty is very punctual and helpful, well educated all faculty have good manners also
3.placement is good I am satisfied this data of placement

Dislikes

I think no any major reason for dislike but one thing is that college campus is not very big . So this is only reason.

Placement Experience:

In our college from 7 sem students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are visiting this college like TCS. WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, LNT, PANASONIC, TECH MAHINDRA, BYSUS, IDBI, and many companies visit here. This year campus placement is quite good highest package was 10 lacs for 10 students and the average package was 4 lacs and the minimum package was 2.5 lacs. Around 70 percent of students got placed in any company. One student cracks Google off-campus. My plans after BTech go for higher studies.

Likes

Students are here often hardworking and go for mostly soft skills
Clubs are quite refreshing. They are a way to take a break from exhausting curriculum
Some teachers are quite supporting too .

Dislikes

Syllabus is just very vast and burdening
Teachers just pressure us to score marks
No good campus is approaching iur college

Placement Experience:

In our college, There is just an average placement. The average package is around 3 lpa most student often prefers to go off campus or start their own startup. Most of them go for their further studies.

Likes

Overall the college is good for studies and the teachers here are quite helpful therefore it is good college overall.
The placement are also quite good in this college.
Infrastructure is also good for professional development.

Dislikes

No any tech fests are conducted and no source of enjoyment.
Extra curricular activities are not much promoted here.
No time for self studies are provided here.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is quite fair with around 6lpa as the average package. Various companies visit every year and students get good offerings. in the cse department around 80%students get placed in companies every year.

GOOD AND HONEST

Likes

Helping teachers who help in every aspect.
Good resources like hardware labs, library etc.

Dislikes

Small infrastructure. I mean infrastructure is good but its small.

Placement Experience:

So, all the students in the fourth year are eligible for campus placements. Different companies like TCS, WIPRO, etc. come here for placement. So the highest package here goes to 13-14 lakhs and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Most of the students who get placements are from the CSE branch.

Cleaness around college campus is very good
There are always many competition are ongoing.
Teacher are strict as well as understanding.

Dislikes

Attendance criteria is high around 70% for attending exam
Mess facility is Average and fee is high.
Hostel is also average and 3-4 student live in one room

Placement Experience:

There are many companies who come to our college for placement with an average of 8-10 lakh per annum salary. The highest package offer is around 15 LPA and the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. Around 70-75% of students are getting placement. Many prepare for gates and many go for startups.

I like everything here i don't want to leave these college good infrastructure

A great experience in BITD

I liked everything in this college. And since I am here from 4 months I don't want to leave this college.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th sem students here become eligible for placements. The companies visited here are google, IBM, Infosys, etc. The average package here is 3.5 LPA and the highest package is 20 LPA. Every year around 92 % of students got placements.

TO THE POINT-MY COLLEGE LIFE

Likes

College Campus- Lush green environment in the midst of city which promotes healthy interaction with outside world as well.
College fest- It is a fantastic opportunity to connect with a diverse range of students and develop a competitive and logical mindset.
Faculty, hostel and other supporting staff who help students in every possible way.

Dislikes

The labs can be improved by making it more equipped with smart boards.
A dedicated portal for students is still not fully functional.
Quality of food in the canteen shall be improved.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have had a keen interest in Computers since my childhood and thus I wanted to pursue Computer Engineering. Also, BIT Durg has had a history of producing good computer engineers and since it is near to my home, I will be delighted to be a part of it. The university exams are also conducted on time and the faculty is supportive throughout the semesters. Overall, it has been a great journey so far.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses which are offered by BITD are B.TECH, M.TECH, MBA, and some other courses. In BITD courses are designed in such a way that theory and Practical application are well balanced. The faculties are well qualified and teach very well. All the facilities try to build good relations between students and facilities.3 Exams are conducted in one semester, first is Class Test 1, then Class test 2, followed by End Semester Exam.
