Ans.BIT Meerut provides placement training programs in depth to equip students with recruitment drives and industry requirements. Regular sessions in the Training and Placement Cell are held on aptitude development, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and communication skills. Special focus is given to soft skills training, such as group discussions, personal interviews, and resume preparation. Technical training is held regularly for the students to help in coding, learning fundamental engineering concepts, and making domain-specific tools. These training modules are delivered in association with industry professionals and professional trainers to make students highly competitive in the job market.
Ques. How can students register for campus placements?
Ans. BIT Meerut students can register by themselves in the Training and Placement Cell for on-campus placements by making professional, updated resumes for students, updating academic information, and other required documents. Student registrations are done through the college or via official forms provided in the official placement cell. Once the student gets registered for placement interviews, the student gets frequent updates on placement drives, eligibility, company-specific requirements and many more things.

Ans. BIT Meerut offers exclusive support to students in obtaining internships, understanding their significance in developing practical acumen and industry experience. The Training and Placement Cell works in coordination with several companies, startups, and industry partners to arrange internships, primarily for pre-final year students. These internships usually run for 6–8 weeks during the summer vacation, and internships are provided in areas of interest to students in their major fields, including software development, core engineering, management, or pharmacy sciences. In most instances, internships translate into pre-placement offers (PPOs), which increase students' likelihood of employment on a full-time basis upon graduation.
