Adhi College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2008-2009, with the Approval of Government of Tamil Nadu and AICTE, New Delhi.
- As per Government, subsequently the college is affiliated to Anna University Chennai.

Activities:
NSS: National Service Scheme Camp was conducted every year at various places. The College organized Awareness Rally on “Pollution Free World” from our College Campus (Sankarapuram) to Wallajabad Bus Stop.
Activities include:

- Antipollution Awareness Rally "Pollution Free World” (10.01.2012) at Wallajabad
- Nursing Camp focusing on Maternal Care

How much is the fee of B.Tech IT?
The fee structure of B.Tech. Information Technology has not been released by the ACET Kanchipuram on its official website. It is expected that the fee structure will be released soon.
