Many well known multinational and national level companies visit college every and provide a great opportunity for students to get placed in their dream company.
The college campus is very beautiful it keeps us mentally calm and nature friendly
Faculty is very friendly and give us a very good knowledge

Dislikes

College is in the outskirts of bangalore which was a really big disappointment for me.
No hostel inside the campus which is the worst thing for a hosteller
Placements is the one thing that i dislike the most about this college

Read it before u think to come

Likes

Campus is good and big enough there are like opportunities for people who wanna go in sports field .
There are many activities to participate in like dancing etc.
Faculty and student interaction is good enough.

Dislikes

Placements are very bad like avg package around 5Lpa.
Internship opportunities are very less .
Teachers do not teach at high level, they teach till syllabus only which is itself very outdated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE , because there is a lot of scope of CSE in future like then i can get a good paying job and will have lots of opportunities . Curriculum is affiliated to VTU and the curriculum is very outdated.

My Experience

Likes

The Most important thing is the campus it's really good.
The second is the newly altered college Stadium.
The staffs are very friendly and well mannered

Dislikes

Sporta facility is not great compared to other colleges
Placement opportunities are there but it can be better
Maybe Lack of experienced teachers in the department

Placement Experience:

The College will provide placements but i can be better. Once you complete 5th semester the college will start providing you placements. The companies visited includes Wipro, Infosys, Mindtree etc and out of 200 students 80-100 students got placed

Review on Acharya college

Likes

A very Pleasant Atmosphere and environment friendly area.
A large area Campus to be alone and work alone
A Good Library with enough space and amenities

Dislikes

Cannot leave the college through the gate which is near to my hostel.
Timings of the Hostel are also too on the nose.

Placement Experience:

From 6th Semester students become eligible for Campus Placements. Around 550 companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Amazon and many others come for placements. The highest package was 20 lakhs and average was 4 lakhs. 80% of students get placed every year. My plans aim for Higher studies.

Glimpse of acharya

Likes

The infrastructure is very good it has very unique design for each blocks
The class and teachers are decent and amenities are excellent
It has chill atmosphere where everyone can enjoy and the fests are amazing over here

Dislikes

Placement package is not up to the mark as per seniors
The affordability of the coruse is more than the fees which u will be paying
The college is located far away from city which makes it difficult to travel

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for canpus placements Here mostly mass hiring companies like tcs infosis visit the highest package is somewhere around 68 lacks and average package is 450000 Every year around 200 out of 800 will get placed approx I plan to pursue for higher studies after graduation

Review of Acharya College

Likes

I really liked the campus of my college it is really big of 120 acres.And it has really good infrastructure.
Acharya has a world class library. I regularly go to the library to study as it has really good environment.
The college conduct a lot of cultural fests.And it also has a lot of different clubs.I like photography and thawhy i am in a photography club here.

Dislikes

College is in the outskirts of Bangalore which was a really big disappointment for me.
Because of it being in the outskirts of Bangalore there are not many companies linked with college for placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is computer science as you can see in my course skill matters the most. The college doesn't do much with skill well this I am saying for any college. You must work by yourself on your skill. Exams are conducted on regular basics there are 8 semester exams. And in each semester there are two internals. The difficulty is moderate.

The college campus is very beautiful It keeps us mentally calm and nature friendly
The faculties of college are very supportive and helping They always encourage to be positive in life
The placement opportunities are very high and good enough to have a steady income

Dislikes

There is always a language barrier for North Indian students
The routine is very hectic and difficult to follow
The interaction with senior is not so often and very less

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities starts from 3rd year students and if you are good in academic it will be very easy for you to get placed in a decent place with good package I would love to get placed after achieving the undergraduate degree

GOOD COLLEGE FOR PERSUING ENGINEERING

Likes

College has a good looking and huge campus of over 120 acres
college provides a good environment for studies and co-curricular activities
Good faculties and placement opportunities

Dislikes

Management is too good to handle such a big college
Software for coding in labs are old dates like ubuntu and turbo-c
Hostel is not in college campus. It is around a kilometer from college campus.

Placement Experience:

College has a good opportunity of placements in B.Tech.. From 6th sem students are allowed to sit in placement. Many good companies visit every year in college like Wipro, Infosis, hp, Dell, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, TCS and many more. Our college has a average placement of 6-7 lakhs and Highest package goes upto 25 lakhs (on campus) and 63 lpa (off campus). Placement ratio is 100 percent in CSE. Many students of our college run profitable startups in Bangalore.

Likes

faculty is very good ,helpful and experienced in this college.
the college campus is very big with good infrastructure.
availability of multiple kind of sports and extracurricular activities.

Dislikes

placements is the one thing that i dislike the most about this college
it is very difficult for people from north to settle here as everything is different from culture to mentality.
the place where this college is situated ,it is very far away from the main city.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are not very good .the amin problem is student themselves.From fourth semester the students become eligible for the palcements.Companies visit our college but they all are small companies.highest package is 20LPA and the average package of this college is 5 LPA.The percentage of students getting plced in this college is high.it is more than 95%. My plans after getting this degree is to get into defence .

Acharya is known for its stunning infrastructure. If you want to look into the academic section, then the views will be completely different for each department.

Departments:

Information Science and the Computer Science department are some of the best wings in AIT.
CS and IS faculty are better as there is a distinct expose of knowledge if compared to the department of E&C.
Other departments like Mechanical, BT, E&E, Mechatronics are ordinary.
It doesn't matter which branch you will choose. You will only do great if you are truly interested in it.

Faculty:

Expert faculties and most importantly the HOD, who is one of the best personalities you will ever meet in your life.
The higher management is quite helpful as they will assist you in every problem.
In engineering, if you want to learn something, you need to learn it on your own. Faculties will only guide you on the right path.

Fees:

The college fee structure and hostel fees is quite high as compared to other private colleges.

Placement:

Most of the companies recruit students for IT sector from branches like CS and IS.
A very few companies come for core branches but most of the companies allow all the departments for the placement.

Overall, the Acharya Institute of Technology is a potential choice.
