Admission to the Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Data Science at Acharya Institute of Technology is primarily through entrance exams such as COMEDK and KCET, with a management quota also available. COMEDK is primarily for non-Karnataka students, while KCET caters to Karnataka residents. For admission, candidates must have completed Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate and 45% in PCM. The COMEDK cutoff generally ranges up to 20,000 in ranks for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), while for Information Science and Engineering (ISE), ranks can range from 22,000-25,000.
