It's cost around 4lakh 10 thousand for four years.its a opportunity to grab the renowned scholarship like svmcm, national and all.
I like the teachers of our college. they are good at teaching
The college campuse is not so big but beautiful and better than other colleges in kolkata.

Dislikes

The hostel of the college is very poor the food quality is very poor
Canteen food is so costly and the material is not so good
Faculty members are very bad for outside state students they will not reply you if you ask anything in hindi.

AOT: Just Amazing.

Likes

The college campuse is not so big but beautiful and better than other colleges in Kolkata.
The faculty are supportive sometimes they used to talk in bengoli but if you say they will teach in English or Hindi.
College staffs are very supportive specially accounts department staff.

Dislikes

Some of the lab technician dosnt know to talk in Hindi .
Campus is big but they have not used it in a proper way.
The constitution of building is not good.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Yes placement is there if you really do Hard work you will get placement very easily. The average package is 4.5 LPA and Highest package for 2023 is 32 LPA.some of the major companies visit campus is TCS, Mahindra, Capgemini,Deloitte, Amazon and many more.there is 100%placement in CSE.

My opinion about my college

Likes

The campus area is very peaceful and chilling.
The library area is good and there is available so many books which you can read freely.
The college friends are so friendly and helpful to each other

Dislikes

The faculty teaching method is not good .
The college practical equipments are not good.
Others environments of college is not good , the college is beside a village.

Placement Experience:

The placement is good . but these year placement is not gone good. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited like tcs , Wipro, cognizant and so on. TCS is taking so much students about 500. The highest package is 20 lacks and the lowest is 2 lacks. Percentage of students is 75 , getting placed. My plan is to go for higher study after getting the degree. You can for higher study through gate examination.

AOT: Decent college for placements

Likes

Most of the students get huge opportunities to be placed through the college
Faculty provide plenty of study material for exam preparation and also help students with backlogs by providing extra classes

Dislikes

There are not much opportunities for internships

Placement Experience:

Placements are fantastic in the college specially for the CSE students. Over 90% eligible students are placed each year through the college. The package provided are not that high , it goes up to 10 LPA and on an average 3.5 LPA is offered.Companies like TCS , IBS , KPIT , TRIANZ , PERSISTENT come to the campus for recruitment .There are also students who get more than 1 offer. Some students also opt for higher studies.

My View about AOT

Likes

I like the environment and teachers students relationship.

Dislikes

There is no fresher and any kind of social arrangements except Arcadia.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I gave an interest to computer science since school. So I want to build my career in it. In college we have skill development classes so we can use our knowledge in real life. One lecture obtained for one hour and laboratory classes for two hours.

Review of Academy Of Technology, Hooghly

Likes

The campus life at AOT is pretty good with events and fests happening year round.
The on-campus sports facilities offered by the college is pretty decent.
Most of the faculties are from IITs and hold PhDs in their fields.

Dislikes

The lack of financial assistance can hinder the ability to pay the fees for students with not so good financial background.
The placements have not been good and students generally have to rely on off-campus placements for better offers.
The choice of subjects reagrding electives and optionals is another bad aspect of AOT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college have not been good over the last few years. Though, the college showcases 141% of the students getting placed, most of them get multiple offers ad are letter laid off from companies. Major recruiters during on- campus placements are Cognizant, TCS, Persistent, KPIT, etc. The average package provided was 4lpa during the last placement season.

Likes

Hostel life is good took and faculty members always good
Campus life is good and prescription also good

Dislikes

Yaar 75% attendance criteria is maintained for semester exam
The food quality of the hostel is now regret in quality in low quality provided

Placement Experience:

In this college, the placement opportunity is very good here As a person 80% of students are placed in mainly repeated and well-known companies in this college like TCS Wipro Cognizant IBM and visits her provided on campus and the campus placement average package is 5 to 6 lakhs per year.

My review about my college AOT

Likes

The campus is beautiful and so silent as a studing environment.
The faculties are great who teaches us from their valuable experiences.
The college is beside Adisaptagram Station. The regular students can journey to college though train.

Dislikes

The toilet system of AOT is so poor. There is only one toilet in each building. If they increase the number of toilets it will be helpful to students.
The hostel fees is very high to afford a student who belongs in a middle class family.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell offers students on campus placement to various companies. The average package students get from this college is around 3.5 lpa. Highest package goes upto 12lpa. Here core branch students also get IT jobs like CS branches.

The timetable of classes. The greenary campus.Lab infrastructure. Good placement record. Tech fest. Good faculty etc
Good connection of local trains for travelling for the day scholars.
A nice canteen having many dishes and library for study.

Dislikes

75% attendance is mandatory. That's tough for the day scholars
Sizes of classrooms and instruments of laboratory.

Placement Experience:

The placement records are good.And hope it maintains it. The college provides special training classes for the interview of placement jobs. Many companies like cognizant, IBM, TCS etc visit the college. The avg package of this college is 3.5-4 lpa. So campusing placement is good.
