ABES Engineering College Cutoff 2023: JEE Main, CUET PG, UPTAC

ABES Engineering College cutoff 2023 has been released for various UG & PG programs. For BTech admission 2023, the institute accepts the JEE Mains score followed by UPTAC counseling. A honest review about Abes Ec

Likes

i like the faculty of college. they are very experienced in their domain.
college have maintained greenery very well in campus which is truly good. college infrastructure is also god and have all facilities which is required for students.

Dislikes

college campus in not too big its average.
college is too much strict for attendance, you have to maintain 75% attendance for appearing in sem exams.

Admission:

i applied in parul university and got confirmed seat in cse branch but i opted abes instead of parul because of its good placement. i also applied in galgotias college noida for cse branch but it requires abbove 90% marks in pcm for direct admission and less than 130000 lakh rank in jee for outside state students. i got 88.3% in my 12th and 269000 rank in jee , thats why there were no chance for me to get admission in this college. for admission in abes (direct] your 12th pcm percentage + your jee percentile must be greater than 170 for branches like cse. for example my 12th pcm % was 88.3 and jee perentile was 81.7 so by adding both it becomes 170, i m truly lucky that i got admission. if u want to take admision from councelling u must have greater then 75% for cse related branches.

Girls in college is very attractive and sexy
Infrastructure is very good .there is ac in each room

Number of girls is very low means ratio is 1:5
Water quality in college campus is not so good

I choose this college because it's near to my city . And it is better than other college near to my city. My college has decent placements.it is very supportive than other college that is the reason why I choose this

Truth about Life At ABES Engineering College

Classrooms are air conditioned which makes it good to attend in hot summers.
All classrooms have projecter as well as audio systems installed for a better learning experience.

Very strict attendance rules. Teachers will be over your head even for a single missed class.
Alot of power cuts in academic as well as hostel blocks which makes it unsufferable in summers.

The admission process is done under DR APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Counselling process and is not very complicated. Above average scores will get you ABES ENGINEERING COLLEGE with hopefully Computer Science branch. I did not apply to any other colleges because my family insisted me to join this college because of good placement opportunities and safe environment inside the campus.

Ultimate Guide to ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad

Classrooms are air conditioned which makes it easy for the students and the teachers both to survive in the hot and humid summers.
Has a uniform which ensures uniformity amongst the students. Gives a more formal look to the class.

Total 8 lectures everyday of 50 minutes duration each. The timetable is very rigid and there are no gaps between any two lectures. Pure 9 to 5 job like feel.
Teachers are very strict on you attending lectures which disables students to learn beyond curriculum or outside the classroom. They make you rote learn their own notes for the sake of passing exams.

To be honest, I never really pictured myself studying here. I guess this is where destiny got me and everyday i suffer to get out of this. Overall life is hard as I have to travel a very long distance from home to college every day which eats up my 2 hours everyday. I applied to other colleges but my class 12th board percentage and JEE mains result was not too good to get me into my dream colleges. My father found this college to be good and near (not really) from home so I did not have to take a hostel or PG. I have a cousin who graduated from here from Electrical branch who also insisted I take admission here.

Abesec college review

The campus is small but very lively and well maintained
The interaction with the seniors is very nice and there's no ragging in the campus

Parking for 4 wheelers is a big issue in the college
The attendance policy is very strict regarding 75% attendance

The admission process is super easy there is no difficulty that you're gonna face. I personally chose this college over others due to vast number of labs of all the subjects that help you to study easily

ABES engineering college

Infrastructure is good and the main thing is that there is lot of sports equipments which is very good things
Location is promising as it is near to Delhi and noida

Too much strictness for the first year due to anti ragging phase

This college was in my budget and also has a great name in the Delhi ncr region and was not that much costly as other private colleges are. I had also got selected in viteee but due to its over pricing I couldn't get there

ABES Engineering College review by Saksham Srivastava

I feel that the faculties of this college are best in delivering the concepts and as well as in nature, they are very supportive in all terms and are ready to help you out for any problem that you are facing in within the college regarding anything.
They ground of the college which has flood lights, and in Ghaziabad it is the only college with the the flood lights in the ground. It is very convenient to practice in the ground for different sport activities and also it is maintained properly.

There can be betterment in terms of number of Problem Solving/Coding classes.
The badminton court if the hostels can be better cause they are slippery many a times.

I have also applied for the KIET(Ghaziabad), AKGEC(Ghaziabad), JSS(Noida) as well and got admission in ABES Engineering College (Ghaziabad). I was lucky that I was got allotted this college because it was better in terms of faculties, placements and facilities of hostels & definetly the location scenarios. The NIRF ranking of this college was also good. The Railway Station from this college is within 3 kms. I haven't got rejected form other colleges but yes they were not allotted to me because of less knowledge of counselling at that time but now I feel blessed to be in this college. There are two methods for taking admission to this college: 1. Direct Admission, 2. Admission through counselling. In direct admission in a computer science branch they require atleast 80% marks in PCM and in counselling process it depends upon the cutoff of the JEE-Mains examination(80-85 percentile minimum) and also on the counselling process of the AKTU. The admission experience was very good.

There is an aura of studying. Majority of the students are nerds and focus on their examinations as well as their curricular activities.
The professors are strict so this helps in studying🤫

The compulsion of 75% attendance is very bothersome as it doesn't let's you explore much
The teachers focus only on the theory of subjects and how to gain marks in external rather than going for an application approach

I did my counseling under aktu and took whatever college was assigned to me. I took admission in a abes. Because of not getting college anywhere else as my parents didn't wanted me to to move out of town. Jee journey wasn't that great which lead to selection in this college. You can admission here by two means- direct or by counselling. In direct admission it is based entirely on your boards percentage and counselling on your jee percentile. For CS branches you must score above 90% and 85 percentile. And the list goes on similarly.
