DG Vaishnav College Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The faculty members were well-trained and very good. The teaching capability of the faculties was excellent when compared to other colleges. The qualification of the faculties was at the top level. The exams are which can be conducted based on the Madras University as well.

In the fifth semester onwards, they conduct campus placement The IT companies like wipro, TCS, Infosys, BT are visited About 80 per cent of students are selected for campus interviews in each class I had planned to get a job in placements

The course curriculum is so relevant to industry exposure. That makes the student industry ready. The faculty members are kind, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty members teach and do many practical sessions for students for easy understanding. But some faculty members mostly stick to books. I chose this course to get a job in the bio-technical field. The faculty members and the student ratio is 20:1. The college provides mentors also that the students can get advice from these mentors to overcome problems both in academics and life. 1 mentor for 20 students has been assigned. The exams are often conducted. Mainly there are mid-semester exams, model semester exams, and semester exams. The semester exams are slightly hard to pass. But studying one day before exams lead to getting an easy pass.

The students can avail campus placement after 5th semester. Companies like mrf, swiggy, harpic were availing placement offer for students and 60 percentage of students are getting placement every year. My plan after degree is to finish pg and go for research in chemistry

I chose Psychology as I was interested in reading minds and study about human behaviour. I wanted to study something related to deal with humans. The faculties are good enough and our Head of the Department is a new person, she joined in this semester only. Our staffs are such nice people. We admire them. Faculty student ratio in our department is 1:30.

The chances of getting placements after completing merely an undergraduate degree are generally less in India, So we can't expect 100% possibilities from any college unless you're scoring above 80% marks. The placement opportunities are not stable but it depends on the course that you're taking in DGVC. Many companies will be visiting the college at the time of End semesters of final year for placing the students. My plans will be doing PG abroad or in a Good University in India.

Students become eligible over 5th semester for the campus interviews. Companies will be releasing the info via the representatives and you can apply and attend the interview and you can also get the certificate and attend the interview if you are pending with arrears and yet to clear Kotak sitel HP Wipro and many companies, About 75 percent of students get passed, In going to make a startup after my degree.

Less fees and even scholarships are provided to us. stressfree as they will no pressure and good helping staffs whenevee we Need staffs are there to help us and good environment Particularly very clean environment.

It's a good and one of the best colleges in the city (Chennai).

The overall review of my college according to me is wonderful. College life has taught me literally everything. From love to betrayal, you will learn the strength to outcome every part of the betrayal. I love my college for making me a person.
