Admission to the college is determined by NEET exam scores and state ranks, organized through counseling by NTRUHS in Vijayawada. Students are placed based on these ranks, with the reviewed student having secured a rank of 1412. The college environment is conducive to learning, supported by a library and highly qualified faculty, offering a favorable faculty-to-student ratio of 1:6. Faculty members are interactive and committed, following the NMC CBME curriculum, with practical sessions and thorough exam assessments.

Despite strong faculty support, about 10% of students do not pass. The college categorizes fees into merit (A) and management quotas (B and C), with fees ranging from 45,000 INR for category A, 12 lakhs INR for category B, and 75 lakhs INR for category C.
