Katihar medical college is one of the medical college providing MBBS. The candidates who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board are eligible for admission considering that they have to appear for NEET entrance exam. The selected students will be called for the admission.

Admissions are done based on NEET entrance exam. Over 50% of seats are reserved for Muslim students. I took the admission on non-reserved seat. Picked the college in counseling. I was allotted a seat in the later round of counseling. I appeared for AIIMS and JIPMER exam could not make it there so settled for this.

Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognized board with a combination of PCB and minimum of 50 per cent marks. A valid score in NEET. Admission form is available online. Fill and submit the form with required documents. Admission will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in NEET.
