Patient inflow in hospital is good as it the main hub in bhagalpur .people from near district also visit here
Study environment is competitive and senior support is good
College fest and programs are held which give an opportunity to interact with everyone
Dislikes
Scattered departments. Because college building, hospital , library are very far from each other. There is no ‘one campus ‘ thing here
Hostels are less . You are only provided with single room in internship.
Very less interaction with juniors as they stay outside hostel because hostel are provided after 7-8 months of admission
Course Curriculum Overview:
As it is a medical college, the course is same as any other medical college across india. The curriculum is directed by NMC which is now giving more stress to NEXT pattern of exam. As it is affiliated to AKU,Patna, exams were quite late but now the schedule is comparatively more on time
The college campus and Hospital campus are situated in different location
The infrastructure of both College & Hospital are well established
The Academics of the college is very good as compared to other college of Bihar
Dislikes
The college campus is small as compared to the hospital campus which is very big
There is not enough place for gym and basketball court
The hostel for boys is very less as compared to the hostel in other college of Bihar
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is good. The teaching method of the tutor as well as faculty is in very good aspects related mostly to the clinical approach as which is very helpful for future examinations like post-graduation, preference of our teachers is to show and relate the clinical approach to daily life which is very good for the future purpose.
Alumni network is a strong point, my college has some of the best doctor of our state.
It is an old college, hence has more experienced teachers and staffs
Patient load of our hospital is quit high, it is one of the highest in bihar
Dislikes
The campus is not present, like the college building, hospital, hostel, etc all are not in the same campus, they are a bit far from each other, hence always need a vehicle.
For the 1st year mbbs(boys) there is no hostel facilities, it is alloted during mid 2nd year
College authority is very strict, they behave as we are in a school not in a college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I opted for mbbs which is obvious as i had qualified neet exam.
Mbbs is a degree which gives us a day to day exposure to the common people.
It's a degree of service, which includes a day/night work without any complaint, but not now as I'm currently in 2nd year only.
There is good studying environment, good campus life, decent hostel, annual fest where you can showcase your talent.
Dislikes
Faculties can be better. Hostels and library could be made bigger as to accomodate more people.
Course Curriculum Overview:
For those of us who want to be a doctor, MBBS is a must. The faculties are decent in my college and are apt in number. They try to help you in every possible way. Exams are also conducted timely. You have to give two semesters per year and then there is one university exam after every year which is conducted by the university.
Teacher's dedication and their willingness to transfer their knowledge.
The senior junior interaction, in our college there is little ra*ging as compared to other colleges.
Phylum free environment and no groupings based on caste, religion or place.
Dislikes
The infrastructure is something which has disappointed me. The college building though look good from outside but the condition is pathetic inside.
The lack of cadaver for disection done in first year
Lack of hostels and nightlife in the city.
Placement Experience:
Doctors are never unemployed. All the doctors graduating from any medical college and up secure a decent salary and high value in society. After graduation, the doctors based on their preferences can choose to either work in government or private hospitals.
I want to be a doctor so chose mbbs. there are adequate faculties for students. All are well-qualified doctors. Every exam is on time, however, some delays occurred during covid.
To pass it is not so lengthy.
Course curriculum is based on what prescribed by tha medical council of India and faculty is superb they are very helping in nature and you will feel better after attending the classes regularly and if you have any doubts you can ask anytime to any faculty professor without any hesitation they will surely help you.
I choose this course because I want to become a physician
The faculty and students ratio is completely balance and very satisfied
Undoubtedly this is a professional course then their qualifications will be upto the marks and teaching methods is also amzing and you will enjoy if you show interest otherwise bery boring to learn
Term exam often happen within 6 month sometimes it's late and final exam after the year completion
If you study from the beginning not so much difficult to pass but syllabus is so vast so you have to precise for study.
If you are sincere then it will become easy to pass the exam
The college has a very good educative atmosphere. The faculty is very friendly and warm with the students. The college has all facilities and extra curricular for the students to live a good college life.
The college has a very beautiful and peaceful campus. It has an anti ragging and a women development cell. The faculty of the college is very well selected and the college has good facilities such as a cricket ground, great cafeteria, etc.
I qualified Combined Entrance test (BCECE-2015) in my present year and this exam was conducted by bihar i has general position 307 and was distributed this college. I picked MBBS on the grounds that it is the most presumed course and calling in the nation.
