The campus is very big . New bigger departments are on construction. New hospital and beds are increased. It's has its own badminton court , different sports activities including all indoor and outdoor games. College also organises it's fest CEREBRAXIA every year for fun entertainment and exposure.

Annual fest - Aaveg / Celebraxia conducted in the month of June /October Almost each and every medical books are available in the library. Classrooms have AC, Fans well smart boards. About the social interactions in IGIMS, this is the best college you can have. We have the biggest fest CEREBREXIA every year which involves big celebraties like Armaan Malik. We have other main events like Saraswati puja, freshers party, dandiya night etc. Interaction between seniors and juniors are very good.

There is I playground for cricket and football and athletics and there is also court for badminton volleyball and basketball and for indoor games 6 table tennis boards are there. An annual fest is organised in Igims which is known as cerebraxia which is going to be held this time in 25, 26, 27 October in 2024 and main guest is going to be mohit chauhan last year armaan malik came and it was a great fest overall. Central Library has all the book for medical students as well as new journal for recent updates.

College organized different types of activities throughout the year like foundation day, cultural events, sarswati puja, farewell and many more. College also have very beautiful library reading areas. Which also contains lot of books of different department like optha, ortho, neuro, onco and many more. Many NGO came here for cancer patients and who cannot afford the treatment and surgery.

Campus Life is not so interesting. In library all books are available and easily provided. No sports and extracurricular activity occur. National Medical organisation is social group to help poor people by medical camp.
