- Institute-level spot round does not essentially guarantee a seat to the candidate as the seat allotment will be done as per inter se merit against the seats available at the time of Counselling
- Only MHT CET 2024 appeared candidates can apply for admission
- Admissions will be made strictly in the order of inter-se-merit from amongst the candidates who have applied to Google form before and report in person for admission to VJTI against the seats available in various branches at the time when the candidate reports for admission by counselling
- You will lose the claim to participate in the admission counselling process if failed to produce the required original documents at the time of verification during the counselling round. In case you have taken admission elsewhere you must submit the original fee receipt and should submit an undertaking stating that original documents will be submitted within four working days from the date of reporting.
- The seat allotment will be carried out based on the vacancy available at the time of merit determination. Seat allotted, accordingly would then be deleted from the pool of vacant seats displayed on the screen.
- If you are absent when called, the next candidate on the merit rank basis would be called for allotment of seat. You might miss your chance of merit-based seat allotment in that scenario.
- If you have higher merit and also report late during the process of counselling, you may be considered for allotment of a seat available then for a particular category. Such candidates shall be given preference for admission over the candidates with lower ranks present then. The decision of the admission center shall be final.
- Confirmation of the allotted seat is subject to the submission of the requisite Institute admission fees in the form of Demand Draft(s), and applicable original documents, confirming the admission through the acceptance of the allotted seat at VJTI. You must furnish a Demand Draft in favor of ‘Director VJTI’ payable at Mumbai at the time of admission.
- You are advised to pay the requisite institute admission fee in the form demand draft before the seat allotment. Part payment or payment through cash or cheque will not be accepted.
