Branches like Computer Engineering and Information Technology secured around 99% closing rank. Even the textile technology branch has an around 97.15% closing rank, which is the lowest cutoff for 2025 admissions, but is notably higher than 70%. The lowest cutoff for the reserved or special category candidates is generally around 70%. But for a general category candidate, securing a seat at VJTI with 70% in MHT CET is difficult. A minimum of 97% is required for admission into VJTI.
