  • It’s all good. But there are better schools to attend.

  • The course was quite advanced and was curated with industry 4.0 standards.
  • Industrial experience was given through the introduction of modules sponsored by the organisations themselves. For instance, the Data Mining and Text Analytics module from my semester 1 was sponsored by SAS as a result, I procured a certificate from them after its completion. In terms of research, the dissertation semester does help you a lot, wherein you are expected to create a report on your thesis.
  • On average 3-4 hours of classes are scheduled for over 4 days a week, which includes lab sessions and lectures.
  • For my course there were 80 students across the world.

Fees

  • £ 22,000 (2023-24)

  • Yes, the course was difficult but it all depends upon the professors. It was a mix of theoretical and practical at labs.
  • Fewer physical classes, more online classes. The Business Analytics course is very interesting and challenging. It requires attention and time to understand. In a day we have 3-4 classes at max. The average student strength is 60 in our batch. 50% Indians.

Fees

  • Tuition fee: 19500 pounds; advance: 2000 pounds; living expense: 1000 pounds per month
  • Hostel Rent u need to pay quarterly approximately 30K Per month in Indian currency. Food cost is 20K per month. Travel expenses is 10K per month if you prefer public transport.
  • Other expenses are 10K miscellaneous. University food pricing is affordable and available inside campus. Fees you need to pay in installments or in advance as possible. There is no mandate.

  • It was more practical, as it had more coding in python, R and machine learning concepts.
  • Positive being the courses that were offered other than required. Negative has to be just focusing on the technical/practical aspects.
  • Mostly 1 class with classes scheduled after 4:30 PM 35-40 was the average number of students in your class
  • 15-20 Indian students are enrolled in my course.

Fees

  • Tuition and Fees—$42,918
  • Living Expenses - $20,850
  • Other - $3,200
  • The abovementioned is for 12 months; mostly tuition fees are credit-based, which was $1,995 per credit for us, and we were required to complete 30 credits in the total course. We needed to pay semester-wise fees, though.
  • Rent depends on how you live and generally with sharing it's $500-$600 and transportation and other expenses like food can be around $300-$500.

The course structure is simple and updated. Most classes focus on projects and real-time assignments. I did get a research opportunity with Prof. Gina Adam.

Fees

$18800 including all the fees(student association, ISO, tuition) everything for 9 credits. Plus 1100 insurance for each Fall semester, 1600 for each Spring semester. (This is university's health insurance, but you have the option to buy it from outside and get this waived off). I did not buy the university's health insurance.

The curriculum is a great mix of theory and practical knowledge. It gives good exposure to state-of-the-art technology and industry-based knowledge. The projects assigned are in accordance with the industry and utmost care is taken that the projects are completed on time and all minimum requirements are met.

Fees

The approx fees per credit are $1500. One has to complete at least 30 credits to be eligible to graduate so the overall fee is approx $45000.
