- I really enjoyed the sense of community at Towson.
- Although it was a large school, it at times felt small and that there were always people you knew or ways to make new friends.

- I did not love the food at the dining halls/options of places to eat especially as someone with religious food restrictions.
- There were few options for kosher food, and no strictly halal food options.
My experience at Towson University was overall very positive. I met some of the best people I’ve known to date, gotten amazing experience to put on my resume that has helped secure me a spot in a top ranked graduate school, and have made relationships with teachers and peers that will last me a lifetime. I chose this university because I really appreciated the diverse and accepting environment they fostered, as well as the fact that they are not too far from home.
I transferred here to be closer to home. I love the big school but small school class sizes and they have an Excellent nursing program as well. The school is affordable (as an in-state student). I had previously applied in high school and got in so I knew I would not have a problem getting into the school as a transfer student.
