- The campus atmosphere and amenities. The natural beauty and recreation center is also amazing here along with vibrant downtown and library. The university building is beautiful
Dislikes
- Budget cuts and extreme financial issues that make it hard to ask for money to pursue any activity like conference or poster contests etc. it also makes it difficult to find graduate assistant or teaching assistant jobs on campus.

I chose this college in particular because of its location and the price since I am an in-state student. I come from about an hour away from the West Virginia University campus. The main component of my decision was the price.

Offered me in-state tuition and school spirit. My sisters both went here and I got in the state for my major not being offered in Maryland, my home state. WVU is also a very tight-knit and full of opportunities.
