Likes
- Location is near to financial city New York, Faculty is very much knowledgeable also I have closely worked with one of the faculty and TA.
- They conduct regional events and most of the events are related to India .
- Community is huge 90% are from Indian and 70% people are Telugu people only. Extracurricular involvement is more
Dislikes
- Very much cold weather as it is near to beach, sometimes no proper information from support, not every one but few of the members are not friendly as I faced at financial services while fee payment.
- Student to faculty ratio is more than 50+. As most of the community is Indian, I didn't felt like new experience also very less involvement with other country citizens and especially very less involvement with US citizens.
- Also everyone says that area is not that safe not sure why, after my transfer, I heard that there was a gun fire happened in university burnam hall which is food court of university.
Course Curriculum

- My course curriculum doesn't seems to be that much difficult as I have same computer science background in my bachelors. If you have basic skills on computer and any programming knowledge, one can easily come up. Also the course curriculum depends on subject. For instance, a programming subject more concentrated on practical and some times both. Positive aspects having the in demand syllabus with updated content.
- One can enroll for 3 courses per semester. Each class max has 3 hrs time in a week. Each course can be 3 hrs at once of a day in a week. sometimes scheduled for 1:30 hrs for 2 days in a week. It depends on faculty and subject. Average class strength is 55. 90% of students are Indians only.
Fees
- The fee is charged based on how many credits you enroll. For each credit, it's 1045$ and there are also other general fees. Insurance for 6-7 months for spring and 1 year for fall. All this fees details are available in university website. You must enroll 9 credits for each semester for spring and fall or it is first semester for you. Summer you can enroll for one subject online if you are interested to pursue summer course.

- - As international student we may experience higher tuition fee

- The level of course curriculum is very easy for everyone. It contains the actual, real-time, hands-on experience of the work we are going to do in the job. That helps everyone in upskilling on the latest technologies.
Fees
- The total tuition fee for the master's in computer science is estimated to be around 35-40 lakhs for the entire course, and the cost of living, like room rent and groceries, can be estimated between $600 and $1000 based on your lifestyle.
- You can also utilize campus pantry for free groceries Every month we get free groceries in the college pantry
- For travelling we can utilize free busses to all the students

Dislikes
- High tuition fees: The financial burden is high and especially for international students like me it is really hard to bear the college fees.
- Overcrowded Classes: Specifically for computer science students, the classes are overcrowded but still we get attention from professors for any discussions.
