- Students are kept engaged through various activities and events in the campus. The faculties and the career guidance department do their best to help students get placed through events with a lot of tech companies
Dislikes
- The bus routes and connectivity could be improved to help end to end travel to student housing around the campus
Course Curriculum
- The course curriculum is updated with respect to the fall semester but could have provided more course options over the spring semester.
- The college encourages site visits to some of its company partners and promotes research as the faculties are very friendly and have great projects in their respective domains
- The classes are an hour and 15 minutes long
- Average number of students per class is 40
Admission Experience
- The location of the university was one of the main factors that influenced my decision. RTP has been a growing area for all the tech companies; hence, landing a job and networking with alumni would be easier. It has been an amazing experience so far.
- Required scores by the university GRE: 320, IELTS: 8
Faculty
- The faculty-to-student ratio is good. They are all very active on mail and help you solve queries at the earliest and encourage in-person meetings as well. They clear all the doubts in class. Most of them are well versed about their domains and very approachable to discuss anything more than what's taught in class
Campus Life

- There are open events in the campus with food trucks, movie nights, runs and other sports events and much more
- The library facilities are great!
Part Time Jobs
- Base salary for on-campus jobs is 10$/hr, apply for on-campus jobs through online portal, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. A max 20 hours allowed per week. There are a lot of part-time job opportunities for the students. getting TA/RA positions is slightly harder considering the lesser number of job openings for these
Placement
- 90% of the students secure employment after graduation
- Students find jobs through networking, applying on online portals and through in-college panelists and networking events
Accommodation
- Found online accommodation through an online portal – costs close to $550 a month, including utilities.
Exams
- IELTS, GRE, SOP, LOR, CV, official transcript are the required documents to complete the admission process.
