- Being Ivy League, Cornell Tech is highly selective (less than 8% acceptance rate) as it is an NYC campus in which they have shifted Tech-MBA, CS, Information Systems, and Operation research from the Ithaca campus
- The biggest advantage of Cornell Tech is a smaller intake (40-60) and more diversity.
- At Cornell Tech, we are free to take any courses in any domain! I have taken many CS courses along with MBA courses in a semester.
I chose Cornell over other admits of Columbia University, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Washington and University of Maryland College Park as Cornell has these advantages: 1. A good amount of merit-based scholarship granted 2. Cornell Tech's location is in NYC 3. The curriculum is flexible and dynamic for students 4. Cornell Tech is home to hundreds of start-ups and established businesses with a wide range of opportunities 5. Meta, Bloomberg, Verizon, and Tata centres are present in the campus where students study, work and get exposed to good work of research in these tech-giants. 6. Being selective in students and smaller intake builds the best Cornell Tech alumni network in all domains of technology, robotics, business and entrepreneurship.
