Sarvajanik University Surat L.L.B : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

   The requirement and eligibility of admission to the LL.B Programme are as per the rules prescribed by the Bar Council of India (BCI), from time to time. Students who have passed three-year Bachelor Degree Examination in any faculty f this University or any other recognized university or as equivalent to the corresponding examination by this University with atleast 45% marks in the aggregate (40% for S.C. and S.T. students and 42% aggregate for OBC Category) as per the Bar Council of India Rules, shall be eligible for admission in First LL.B. (Semester-I). Choice Based Credit and Semester system is introduced in the LL.B programme of study. 

            The rules regarding recognition of the semesters shall be as prescribed by the University from time to time. S.C./S.T./OBC other candidates eligible for reservation. Candidates shall have to produce requisite documents from the concerned competent authority, along with the admission form. The candidates seeking admission in First LL.B (Semester-I) on the basis of sports/cultural performance shall produce requisite document from competent authority if they have participated in cultural/sports activities at inter-university/state/national/international levels. Such admission shall be per the rules laid down by the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
