A memorable Medical life

Likes

The faculties and overall academics is Genius .
The administration is very helpful and works in an organized manner.
The classrooms are state-of-the-art in every area. All technology and seating is in place

Dislikes

The campus area is a little small, It can be further extended
A little more attention could have been paid to sports
Hostels could have been more organized and had more facilities.

The course curriculum is completely under the influence of NMC followed by the academic year calendar. The college is also regional centre for NMC, providing with the best and expert faculties in all aspects. The lecture theatres are well equipped with all new technologies and facilities, providing with the recording of each theory lecture available on social media platforms like YouTube.

Untold story of college

Likes

The environment around college is quite good. Some faculties of college are very nice they have their expertise.there are seminars ,orientations organised to increase knowledge regarding our course.They invite many famous doctors to motivate student
Campus has greenery ,parking space is also available in some areas .in my college there are canteens ,cafeterias to comfortably sit or having chit chats.there is campus store so no need to go outside to buy medical things like aprons ,scrubs,etc
There is outlet of burger farm in my college,nothing before coffee is also opened this year.there are multiple course in thus college ,multiple paramedical course are also available,proper facilities of washrooms are also available which are clean

Dislikes

The most disliking thing is that campus of the college is small,so it fees congested sometimes.there is not as such space available in garden to sit silently .sometimes escaltor facilties also got hampered .
Faculties are good but due to high strength in classes they did not able to pay attention ,the average ratio of girls:boys are 50-50 so sometimes it makes more familiar environment
The college did not pay attention to extra curricular activities like fest.the hostel facilities are also not good according to fee.food is not well prepare with hygiene.sometimes students suffers from food poisoning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to be doctor as it is bery dignified profession after seeing many doctors saving life it always makes me feel good curriculum here prepares us for being good and intelligent doctor but in areas like rajasthan they did not pay much attention in clinical way of study rather they focus on theories which is not good for being a better doctor

Academically,our college is very good as compared to other private colleges of rajasthan state.
The teachers here are quite helpful and generous.They guide you just like the way your school teachers for there for you.
The hostels of my college are well equipped with all facilities.The mess food is above average.Unlike other medical colleges,there’s no such humiliation at the hands of seniors.

Dislikes

Campus is not good.Infrastructure could have been much better.We have a small campus.
There’s always parking issue in the campus.Rest everything is good at MAHATMA GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Everything here is linked with the clinics by our professors.Once your clinical postings start,you dont feel like a denovo if you are well attentive during your lecture hours.Professors try to relate everything clinically be it about a nerve or a rare syndrome.

From the student's aspect.

Likes

The professors are highly qualified and skilled.
The facilities are extraordinary as compared to other hospitals nearby.
The cleanliness is well taken care of here.

Dislikes

Some of the departments have arrogant professors
Hostel fees is way too high as compared to the quality
The campus is too small as compared to other universities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is given by NMC and they are same for all colleges also the hospital posting starts from 2nd year and that is a very good decision. The classes of final year subjects starts from 2nd year and that is not so good decision. There are 2 internals , A PUC and at the end of year a University final exam.

everyone seniors teachers workers are well spoken and polite and are good at socialising
the course curriculum is been taken care of everytime ......the only thing need to be improved is the amount of extra curricular activities. t

the new curriculum of nmc declared many new guidelines which helps the students to be an independent medical graduate indian medical fraduate should have five qualitiues 1 leader 2 proffessional 3 life long learner 4 a good communicator 5 team work having this kind of curriculum helps to learn a lot ....it teaches students on how to be a good independent doctor .

I like college decorum the most and i like the small campus of our college so much
Campus life sometime interesting and social interaction help us to learn alot.
Teachers are helpful and supportive and made topic easy to understand.

Dislikes

I dislike the infrastructure of college too much because its too small and there is no other activities
I dislike the hostel room too much because they are not according to the fees we paid.
I dislike the hostel food because they make with oily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The exam conduted by our college is on time. The authority give the time table of exam on time so that students can do their best in exams. The discipline during exam is also the best there is no disturbances between attending the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to be a doctor & I want to do good for the society. About the faculty: students ratio there are separate faculties for separate subjects & the faculties are well qualified with their experience in their fields. There are many faculties who are pioneers in their fields. Teaching methods is very good along with incorporation of latest technologies. Term exams are quite a tough nut to crack...but if you study well these are easy... Also if you want to be a doctor nothing comes easy in the way

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement after completing their degree of four and half yrs . Most students though opt for pg from various clges of India or they take usmle or plab from mbbs stream . Students from bds and bpt also get placed. Whereas some students opt for opining their own private clinics and starting practice .
