Why you should become a sbsite

Likes

First of all the teachers were great. I mean they taught us various things that you can't learn in other colleges.
The campus is not as big but it is efficient in it's own way and it's beautiful situated in doon valley. The labs and infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Honestly there are not many things that i disliked but i will that the management can be better and tha finance department too.

Faculty:

The ratio i would say it is more than enough, like you can go to any faculty member and they help you right away. As i said earlier all the faculty members are veru supportive and provide assistance and guidance. There are exams divided according to the semester. In one semester there are two sessional examination and one final university exam and final practical. The curriculum is updated and it's updated as per the guidelines

Review of sbs university and hostel

Likes

Practical knowledge. They use to take practical classes so that students learn better
Teaching staff is more supportive,they also take extra classes if you have any doubt regarding your topic

Dislikes

They dont have new technology machines, they use old technology

Faculty:

The faculty members are very supptive, the have a big name in physiotherapy field like prof. Arun mohzi, prof, manish aroa, prof. Reena kumari The relation between student and faculty is very good. They are suppotive, There is no any faculty to dislike everyone is good there There are 2 minors (20 marks), 2 quiz(10 marks), and 1 major(70 marks) exam in a semester. Total exam is of 100 marks. 20+20+10+10=60÷2=30+70 major

Students and faculty ratio are good and it's helpful for students carrear Faculty are well qualified like Phd and Master's degree holders with a minimum 10 year of academic experience They always ready for problems solving for students and also ready for skill development Their approach are simple on hands on rather and theoretically

Real college life

Likes

The college is very academics focussed especially for pharmacy, physiotherapy, microbiology, mlt, etc which is obviously a need because we will be a part of the medical world, dealing with people's lives
There are many events going on every now and then and people encourage you to take part in it. I honestly built my personality during those events and competitions.

Dislikes

The biotechnology department is kind of lacking I feel like, I mean it can be better in my opinion
The organisation of events is not under students, we're merely assisting but it's headed and lead by teachers and staff

Faculty:

Honestly faculty isn't enough, some teachers aren't even experts in the subjects they're teaching and they're not teaching it in the way it should be taught. Sometimes they ruin our interest in certainbsubjects with the way they teach. Some teachers have achieved a lot and are very good at their job but some very few are not. Interaction ad approachability is pretty good, it's fairly easy to reach out to any faculty and teacher.

The thing I like most is the faculty of this university they are very helpful, friendly as well as supportive.
Practicals are considered more important then anything you will find labs always working

Dislikes

Examination department they guys do not provide documents on time ever

Faculty:

All faculty members are highly educated on their respective subjects they help students on their research work and projects. It's much easier to connect with teachers as compared to other colleges. Teaching way is also appreciable.

Faculty are the gems of this college. some of them are Ph. D and others are masters. teachers are real hard working towards students. they guide very well. and solve issues of their students. they are very knowledgable in practical courses too.
