Sardar Bhagwan Singh University offers scholarships to meritorious and financially weak students. Following is the list of scholarships offered at SBS University:

EBR Scholarship: Applicable to all UG programmes and PG programmes except M. Pharm & MPT. Limited seats are there for this scholarship, which will not exceed 25% of the total intake. In this scholarship, a 50% waiver on the net tuition fee is provided. The registration fee for this scholarship is INR 1500. The candidates availing the EBR Scholarship are not eligible for any other scholarship.
Merit Scholarship: The University awards scholarships to meritorious students seeking admission to all courses, securing more than 50% marks in the qualifying examinations.
Tuition Fee Waiver for Sikh minority Quota: Sikh Minority students are offered up to 100% concession in tuition fee. ·5% of the total seats are reserved under the same quota based on merit. This scholarship applies only to those students whose annual income does not exceed INR 7 LPA from all sources.
Tuition Fee Waiver for Sports Quota: Students who have excelled at state/National games (Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket) are eligible for a concession on tuition fees up to 50%. 5% seat is reserved under the same quota based on merit. This scholarship applies only to those students whose annual income does not exceed INR 7 LPA from all sources.

approx 60000rupees/year, and approx 7000 rupees/year examination fee compulsary, in first you will charged with dress fee, Security fee, and some other extra charges also. If you are a sikh candidate so you will get 25% more discount and if u got 60% marks in science stream in 12th, so you will get more discount about 5% approx.

My course is agriculture. My course has 4 year course and every four-year course has 2 semesters it's means 8 semesters are there. So the first-semester fee which is paid around 21000. Our classmates also paid the same. Our fees include all fees like lab fees, dress, books etc. My college is private and no scholarship is there.

Why you should become a sbsite

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid roughly about 50 thousand on an average per year. In first year the the fees was about 70 thousand because of admission fees and registration fees but the average tuition fee was between 25k to 30k. Security fees was 5 thousand, taken at the time of admission. There were no extra others charges except the uniform fee. I got scholarship based upon my 12th class percentage. My other classmates were paying almost the same amount. You get the scholarship based on merit, ews, or if you are from defence background and if you are sikh then also you get a scholarship

I paid 50k-60k per semester. The total fee that I paid for 4 years is around 500,000. They used to take 5000 exam fees separately 7000 for dress 2 time in a course The regeneration fee was around 1500 10000 admission fee They used to provide scholarships of 5% to 10% based on the 12th percentage or entrance exam The total I paid for this course is 12,00,000 including college and hostel fees and extra fees like exam fees, dress fees, etc

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee structure is alright ( for a private college) as you get scholarship based on your last passed exam. I got 90% in 12th so I got 1.56lc off. The tuition fee structure you get at the admission is what is followed thus there is no hike in it during your course. We need to pay for uniform again in 3rd yr of the course and if is compulsory and if costs 7k Other than that few hundred are submitted for various workshops, farewells, freshers etc. But you can earn a few hundred by participating in competitions with prize money. And the toppers of the batch get paid great amounts at the end of their course during annual day. If submission of fee in two installments ( semester wise) is hard, we can request to submit it in 3-4 installments. There are no campus employment that I'm aware of.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees increase by approximately 5-10 percent per year. Fees in SBS, according to me are quite low as compared to the facilities, campus, and exposure college is providing us. The scholarship is given based on the percentage of intermediate. PCB/PCM percentage is considered depending upon the course you're opting for. College does provide internships for students of pharmacy, biotechnology, and microbiology. College also provides placement opportunities but for some departments like pharmacy, biochemistry, and biotechnology placements are excellent. College also conduct industrial visit for students to improve students' practical knowledge and this visit helps students a lot. Overall college is good. If you're an average student and not able to qualify for exams for government colleges then you can consider SBS. You'll not regret it.
