Krea is a fully residential campus, each room is a two-sharing room with AC. the old residential halls are slightly smaller than the new ones however have 2 sharing bathrooms whereas the newer residential halls may have either 2 or 4 sharing bathrooms. The Managing teams for hostels is very good and they always make sure that there are no issues with housing. Gender Neutral residential halls may come up for the housing of non-binary individuals.

Hostel facilities are the best in the country. Alll rooms have AC, rooms are cleaned every alternate day. Mess is okay but good for Indian standards, corridors are cleaned daily and eating facilities are available inside campus. 3 meals and snacks are served.
Hostel rooms are neat. Twin sharing facilities are available. Students will have their own bed, almirah, study table and bookshelf inside the room. Rooms also have ac and geyser and a 24*7 water supply. Students are mandated to stay in the campus hostel. The hostel food is also moderate and the menu keeps on changing to overcome boredom. As the college is in the southern part of the country hence there is a bit of inclination of the menu towards the southern side.

The hostel rooms are newly built, so they are well maintained and spacious too. It's in double sharing. The food is decent and the menu includes both south and north indian food. We faced difficulties with the quality of few foods here and there but the overall quality was better than most of the colleges in india with the same fee structure. The course is residential so by default you have to choose the hostel.
We get double occupancy air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms. We are not allowed to accommodate outside the campus. The food quality is decent, the menu is regularly modified according to the student's demands.
residential facility houses students from various backgrounds and perspectives. This diversity makes our campus an interesting place for you to spend your student years.Comfortable personal living spaces and common areas at the three gender-specific residential towers are designed to facilitate more interaction between students.Students are provided with air-conditioned rooms with an attached bath on a twin sharing basis.Rooms are furnished with all essential amenities including cot, mattress, bedsheets, pillows, wardrobe, bookshelf, and a study table with chair. Each room has a well-furnished tiled bathroom which is cleaned every day by an efficient housekeeping team.
Hostel infrastructure is very good with lift facilities, Ro water facilities, common room, Tv room, Ac, Laundry services everything is there in the Hostel. Hostel life is quite amazing with Ac installed over there in every room. Also, only double sharing rooms are there
Hostel fees is included in the total fees. And Hostel Blocks are well equipped with all the basic to advanced requirements from Common room, study room to recreational area. And Hostel rooms are spacious and well furnished with heater, book shelf and Air conditioner included.
Gender ratio is 70:30 (M:F). hostel is fun to live in. We used to have a coed hostel. During my tenure, we had a small but a beautiful campus in the heart of the chennai which happened to be the posh area of chennai. Also Loyala colege(LIBA) was less than a KM away from pour campus. Now they have a new campus in outskirts of chennai with state of the art facility.
