Krea University offers courses at the UG, PG, and Ph.D levels. Among the MBA courses is its flagship course. Krea University admissions are based on marks obtained in the relevant entrance examination. For UG programs like BA, BA Hons., B.Sc, B.Sc Hons, Students have passed Grade 12 with 60%. The selection criteria are based on SAT or ACT scores.

For MBA, a bachelor’s degree with 60% marks or equivalent grade with entrance exams, CAT / XAT / NMAT / CMAT / GMAT / GRE / GATE / IIT-JAM. For Ph.D. Admissions are based on merit. Krea University Admission 2025 - Eligibility & Selection Criteria

UG Course: Students having a score of SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or ACT (American College Testing) are eligible to apply & have to mention the score on the application form. The selection consists of two stages, including Application Screening and Immersion Day. Students may have to appear in field visits, quantitative and logical reasoning tests, reflection essays, group discussions, and finally an interview.

MBA: Candidates have appeared in entrance tests like CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, or IIT JAM. Those having work experience of less than or equal to 36 months are eligible to apply. Selection will be done on the basis of marks in 10th, 12th, as well as the UG program & entrance exam. Selected students need to appear in WAT & PI.

Ph.D.: Admissions are purely based on merit. After the application screening, selected candidates will be called for RAT and PI at the Sri City campus.

To apply to krea , students must have to complete high school with required grades, which vary by program. The admission form is available online on Krea's website where you can also find details about the fees. Certain courses require entrance exams, but all courses initially require a personal story essay which is then followed by an interview round, where the students are shortlisted each round. In the essay they would expect you to mention which course you are planning to take and why. The interview round is specifically catered to each student based off their essay.

Admission:

For Mba, the only eligibility is to have a bachelor degree and good score in cat or cmat. I gave cmat and got 94 percentile. In CAT anything above 80 percentile would work. Just need to crack the PI. We have a lot of quizzes in every semester along with mid term and end term. The difficulty level depends on the faculties and the level of understanding of that subject. For engineers, the statistical subjects were easier but they struggled a bit with accounting initially.

One of my friends studied at Krea University. According to him, their U.G programme admissions process is both unique and innovative.

The following is the procedure for admission:

To enroll in a UG course at the university, you must first create an account on the admissions portal and register yourself as an applicant by entering a few basic details.
Fill out the application by going over each section one by one:
- Section 1: Personal narrative
- Section 2: Academic Details
- Section 3: Extracurricular activities.
- Section 4: Personal information
- Section 5: Additional details

The next stage of the admission process is what makes it more interesting.
Based on the application form, the admissions committee selects the student for the following stages of the admission process.
KIC or Krea Immersive Case candidates are chosen from all the applicants.
Case studies, reflection essays, mathematical and logical exercises, group discussions and presentations based on the case, conservation with a panel of faculty and admissions team members are commonly included in the KIC.
There are no prerequisites for any of the processes described above.
