Every year the event is celebrated with great enthusiasm and many top artists like salim merchant and baadshah has performed at our college.
The placement is overall good the highest package is 50 lakh and the average placement is 9 lakh the internship are also good super dream offers are available here that are above 10 lakh .
Students are rewarded with scholarships for merit or if they come from backward classes.

Dislikes

No scholarship in this course, fees is moderate, college transportation is tough way and bit costly,it is middle of nowhere , campus jobs are not effective, only placements that are decent,no financial assistance
There is average placement opportunities in vit college many huge companies will come and do their respective placements but the companies offers only low package jobs because due the common problem in the world is recession
The fee you have to pay if you fail an exam is very high. its 6,000 per subject.

VIT AP The world in one campus

Likes

Sports like indoor games are good and availability of items is also good.
Coding culture is good and competition among students is also good.
Availability of transport for outing for hostellers is also good.

Dislikes

Sports ground for football and cricket is not good.
Weather condition is quiet disturbing because of geographical area.
Difficulty in interaction in markets to buy some essentials.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose my course because I have skills in coding and the coding culture of this college is very good. Faculties are good but not all faculties. Only a few faculties are good and students are very helpful toward each other. All faculty members are PHD qualified. The exam was good enough little bit less hard than jee.

From 3rd year the placement series are going on. The good percentage to get into a good company is 90%. Even if we have a 9 cgpa we must have skills in dynamic programming and core subjects like DBMS, cn, daa.

Likes

Infrastrutture. Faculty and classrooms are excellent
Student life and atmosphere is good in the campus

Dislikes

Campus is very far from the city in a remote area
Campus has strict rules and regulations and timings
Security is surrounded accross the campus ehich many of us dont like

Placement Experience:

College is very well known for its placements We had an average package of 700000 and the highest package of 5000000 Every year more than 90 per cent of the students were getting placed My plan is to work for a few years to attain experience

Likes

I like the events clubs and faculties and the beautiful memories are made here.
Friends and moments with them.we have the most exciting stuff to do here.
We have good sports and health faculties here.we have a complete building for fitness.

Dislikes

May be the infrastructure which is yet to be developed.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th sem students get eligibility for placements and we have many reputed companies visiting our university.No doubt in that. The highest package till now was 63 LPA and the average was 8 LPA. We have a good placement percentage.

VIT-AP A roller coaster ride

Likes

I liked the amenities of the college and library is a big pro for this college and there are many blocks and classrooms.

Dislikes

I didn't like the staff that much because they do not explain briefly and they don't give the PPT's properly on time.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students can be eligible for campus placements. Many companies come to campus for recruitment like IBM, Oracle, TCS, Infosys, etc. and they make an offer of a salary starting from 3 lakhs. The avg package is 3 lakhs for every company I mentioned and the highest is 67 lakhs. 60 % of students get placed. My plan after the degree is to pursue Masters's degree and get a job there.

Overview of VIT AP from my perspective.

Likes

The FFCS structure which enables you to design your own time table and select the professors which you desire.

Dislikes

The college is overcrowded due to the large no. of students joining each year including the day scholars.

Placement Experience:

The students of 3rd year are requested to avail of an internship at the end of 3rd year so that they pursue a full-time internship during their third year and then have a greater chance and opportunities after the end of the fourth year in the placements. All the data related to the placements is given in the college site.

Likes

I like the sports facilities and the faculties as they are very helpful.
I also like the fest which is well organised.
I like the seniors as they are very helpful.

Dislikes

I don't like the mess food sometimes as it is not that good.
There is also not that much fast food chains inside the campus.
Also the campus is far from the nearest city

Placement Experience:

After the 5th semester usually, you are eligible for placement. Companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, PayPal, Goldman Sachs, etc. visit the campus. The highest package last year was around 63 lakhs and the average package is around 10 lakhs. Almost all the students get placed but their package varies. My plan is to pursue MBA.

Best college and best placements for the students who need placements!

Likes

College infrastructure, big buildings good cafeteria and neatly gardened.
Free of encouragement of new ideas and they sponser if the idea was good.
The friendly nature by the faculties and can inovate new things.

Dislikes

The fees are too high and not having a proper classroom that causing to sit on the steps etc.
As students are changing every semister we will be missing our friends.
At the time of registration for an new semister we will be missing the faculties due to the site crash

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yeah, the faculty was really good and had friendly nature even though they are trying to interact with the students as much as they can. And coming about the teaching in VIT-AP was really good which will help for us.
