Likes

Environment of the campus is very nice and clean.
A bit of strictness is necessary for easy process which is there isn the campus.
Guards and helpers are always available for us to help us in everything.

Dislikes

Faculty is not choosen by the students in 1st semester so we have to adjust firstly.
Mess food is mostly south indian which makes it problem for north indians.

Course Curriculum Overview

Term exams are very soon in VIT AP and there are 3 main exams in 1 semester other than this there are quizzes and assignments during regular classes. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate if we go with average preparation then we can pass easily.

Internships Opportunities

To boost the placement opportunities VIT AP has the final semester as a cooperative education programme(co-op). It provides students with the opportunity to explore and refine their potential career paths. The experience the gains from these long internship periods are worth it.

According to sources, 84% of students are getting placements. I am planning to get a job just after the degree through college and work for the company and later will think to go for higher studies but first will stabilize myself economically.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are likely to be okay if compared to many other private colleges with such good placements. Scholarships are also available according to the marks we scored and there is a very good scope of job through VIT AP.

Campus Life

CSI (Computer Society of India ) is a chapter in VIT AP which is run by the students for the students which helps in skill development and also gives many opportunities to showcase talent at the right stage.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel registration starts after admission fees is submitted and then we are given the choices of the room which are available and then asked to pay it's fees to grab it. It is a kind of affordable one.

Admission

I got admitted through VITEEE and I saw no reservation. There is no much improvement needed just the number of girls is lesser number than boys in a large amount which should be empowered by reservation for girls.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students are eligible for placement drives in campus. There are many companies that visit our college some of them are wipro,Accenture,Tcs, etc they made many offers in packages and still our college is developing. Highest package is around 13 lpa and average package is 6 lpa as per companies offered. Many students get the campus placement some of them are with high package. My plan is also to get a better job opportunity in our college placements.

I have applied for two more colleges such as Andhra University and SRM AP beside VIT AP. But I gave the first preference to this college based on the reference of my seniors. I did not get rejected from any other colleges. The admission process of my university is of two different ways; based on the entrance exam VITEEE and through EAPCET exam.
