IIIT Bhagalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 7 sem students are eligible. Approx 30 companies visit in my college. The highest package is 45-46 lpa and avg is 14-15 lpa. According to 2023 details 100% were placed. I have decided to not go for placement else go for higher education.

From the seventh semester students are allowed to sit on placements. There will be around 100+ companies visiting our campus. The most popular companies are Amazon, Zscaler, Microsoft, Byjus and so on. The highest package for this year is 40LPA.

The placement in our college is awesome the highest package that was offered was 46 lpa to 7 students and the lowest was 7 lpa. The average was 16 lpa and the median is above 10 lpa. This data is from 2022.

So far as the placement in this college is concerned students start grabbing high packages from the very start of their fourth year .. internships and freelance they can start from the end of their second year. The highest package offered till now is 46 lpa and the average package of this college is quite good that is above 15 and hoping for an increment this year. So far as the percentage of the students who get placed in their fourth year is concerned this number is very satisfactory from the point of view of the students who are pursuing their degree from here as the number crosses 98% which is almost impossible to believe but this is the reality it's because of the awesome coding culture of this college that the students are getting good packages and internships.

Campus placements start in Aug-Sep and run till Dec-Jan. Students are eligible to sit after the 6th semester. Some companies which visited campus in 2022-2023 placements are: Amazon(7 offers), BYJU's(4 offers), BeeHyv(3 offers), C-DOT (2 offers), Deloitte, Jio Incocomm(6 offers), Macquarie (3 offers), Public Sapients, Synopsis(5 offers), Smart Coin(3 offers), Samsung SDS (5 offers), Nxtwave, Ambient Scientific, etc The avg package for 2022-23 is 15.6 LPA and highest package 46LPA by Amazon Almost 99% of student gets placed. I am thinking to get placement after getting my degree, or I may pursue higher education in some IITs or abroad

The college provides on-campus internship opportunities after the 6th semester and placement after the 7th semester I think. Names of companies visited are Amazon, gold man Sachs, Samsung, Jio, C-DOT, ZScaler, and more.

IIIT Bhagalpur is one of the top among all growing IIITS regarding placements. Here AVG package is 20+ lpa for Computer science students. Avg package of college is approximately 18 LPA. 97.6% is the percentage of students getting placement each year.
