It provides excellent on-campus opportunities, and companies like amazon, goldman sachs, and infosys do visit our college for placements.
Amazing faculties with a good teaching experience is one of the plus point of this college
Technical fests are awesome here like hackathons . here technical society is really good.

Dislikes

The thing i don't like is it's mess and the food
Mess food is not very good and i don't like the mess timings.
There are many problems related to cleaning rooms and washrooms.

Faculties and curriculum of the college.
The placement of the college it provides good placement

Dislikes

The gender ratio is very poor as there is no girls quota
There is no permanent campus so it takes time to travel to academics

Placement Experience:

The campus placement starts from the 6th semester onwards companies like Google Microsoft Nvidia Intel TCS etc come here for recruitment and the highest package offered was 54 lpa and the average was 16.8 lpa.

Likes

Teachers are very good in teaching any topic.
Rooms are very good and large in iiit ranchi.

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is very good. 90% of students are placed in good company. The average package of my college is approx 16 lakh. After 6 sem student eligible for placement highest package of my college is 83 lakh

Honest Review Of IIIT Ranchi as A First Year Electronics Student Of IIIT Ranchi.

Likes

The hostels are good and spacious here compared to other IIIT's abd NIT's. Cleaning is also done here evry 10 days.
Faculties of the college are very helpful towards us and they clearly explain the concepts and help us clear our doubts.
The lab sessions of electronics and computer science are very informative and well equipped with all the devices and instrument's which help us gain practical knowledge of the subjects.

Dislikes

Our current campus is good but i am waiting that our permanent campus will be build soon so that we can enjoy a better campus life there.
Mess food is also an problem which i face i wisht hat the quality of food improves soon in case of some food items.

Placement Experience:

The placements at this college are impressive and they are growing at a good rate. It is managed by the E-cell department of our college. Our college is a new college but the growth in its placements Is Amazing Including various internship opportunities. In the year 2023, more than 80% of students got placed with an average greater than 12 lakh per year. The highest placement was 83 lakh per year. You can also get guidance from the e-cell for applying for off-campus placements.

College overall experience

Likes

Most relevant thing here is faculty members.
We can also consider hostels as it is given as flat.
Weather here is so pleasant that even summer are heaven

Dislikes

Mess food is not so good if you see from your point of view.
Frequently electricity cuts so sometimes we face problems
Unavailablibity of canteen in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty are here so much more friendly. Some of them try to act like a professor but they are not. Some of the professors are very good and even they take the time to solve our doubts in their cabin. They support students in every aspect. They are good in every aspect. We have two teachers for physics and one for CSE.

no new campus and we are temprory in campus
mess food are average and menu repeated and messy
a lots of study will happen so ready to study hard

from third you can sit in placement process companies are google microsoft amazon n vidia etc the highest packages are 83 lpa by atlassians and 16 lpa is average packages about 97 percent student get placed i want to give gate exam

How good is IIIT RANCHI

Likes

The clubs here . They help in overall development of both skills and art
Hostel . The hostel here are very good with clean bathrooms
Faculty. The Faculty is very approachable and supportive

Dislikes

Skill dont have a permanent campus but it is only for some time
Mess . I personally dont like mess food that much
Events. Not many Events are held in IIITS

Placement Experience:

Placements here are pretty good. You will become eligible after 3rd year 2nd sem. Both Cs and core companies visit the college. Most students get Placement offers in 4th year about 89 percent of students get placed.

IIIT Ranchi is average College.

Likes

Hostels are too good. there are flats in which two students live in each room.

Dislikes

There is no canteen in college as it does not have its own campus.
Does not have permanent campus. classes are running in campus of other college.

Placement Experience:

Placement starts in the 7th semester. 90% of students were placed. The highest on-campus placement was 45 lpa and the average was 16 lpa. One girl got the highest placement of 83 lpa off campus. As colleges have been established recently, college placements are not too much good. You have to develop and work on your skills.

The academic is very awesome. It is designed mainly for higher studies
The hostel is my favourite place in this whole campus
The faculty is very nice towards the student

Dislikes

The thing I don't like is it's mess and the food
The most disgusting thing in the whole campus is the electricity facility
The infrastructure is not that good as I expected

A student is eligible for campus placement from the 6 semester itself. A lot of companies visit our campus for placement like Amazon, Google, Atlassian, etc. The highest package of our institute is 83lpa.

Likes

I have experienced a good life in college.
We have provided a proper grounds for sports facility.
There is good placements as compared to other national colleges.

Dislikes

We have not our permanent college campus and hostels till now.

Placement Experience:

There is highest placements in our college is 83 lakhs off-campus in the year 2022. The average package is 16 lakhs and the median package is 13 lakhs. Also previous year there is 15 students got jobs at Amazon through our college on campus.
