IIT Jammu Ph.D. Materials Engineering Fees

The Ph.D. programme at IIT Jammu is highly subsidised for regular (full-time) students, with zero tuition fee for institute-funded scholars. Other fee components include a nominal annual fee and semester fee. One-time fees such as the security deposit are charged at the time of admission. Eligibility Criteria

Students with external fellowships (UGC, CSIR, SERB, DST, PMRF, etc.) receive the fellowship amount as per the respective scheme. The PMRF (Prime Minister's Research Fellowship) offers the highest fellowship amount of up to Rs. 80,000 per month for exceptional candidates.
