Mess fee per semester in IIT Jammu is 24000 rs and institute fee is 30650 rs which also includes hostel fee and other facilities like sports equipments , Wi-Fi etc. tution fee is one lac but it's depends on family income and category. There is a college scholarships if students are eligible they can get free mess ships.

Tuition fee varies with course and it is around 2.5 lakh per year and varies for different castes Mess fee is around 22000 per sem and there are no other expenses. One can easily get loan from SBI bank in college

Academic Curriculum Is Managed In Such A Way That Will Help You In Taking Good Job And Also In Preparing For Other Government Exams.

Tuition Fees Are Different For Different Students. Some Have To Pay Full Fees And Some Are Freed To Pay Tuition Fees. As A Student Belongs To Sc Category, Only Fees I Pay Is The Hostel (20,000), security (2000), Security (2000) And Mess(22000) Fees. Total Of 44,000 Rupees Per Semester. For General (Ews) And Obc(Ncl) They Get Fee waiver of 2/3 Of Tuition Fees. And Other Fees Are Same. So Many Scholarships Are Given In My College Based On C.G.P.A and Income Categories. Ex . Sharman Scholarship, Msp Etc.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fee:- As tution fee is based on course you offer and how much credit course it is. For each credit they charge 3000 rs and in a normal semester we generally offered 18 to 22 credit. Institution fee:- This fee includes hostel charges and facilities Provide by college like gym and sports etc. They charges about 42 000 per semester. Mess fee:- They charges 22000 for each semester. For students whose family income is above 500000 have to pay all the charges. But for those whose income is less have to pay minimal ammount. SC and st students also have to pay minimal ammount. According to me charges are much for above 5 lakh income person but very affordable for less than 5 lakh and sc and st too.

The fees considering the tution fees and hostel/ mess fee comes around to be 3lacs per annum. The scholarship is provided to all sc/st as they are not charged tution fees and the rest of students are provided scholarship based on their merit in case their family income is less than 5 lacs per annum.

The college provides scholarships as per the guideline of MHRD. The scholarship is available on a merit basis and for SC/ST as per the guidelines of MHRD. The college complete fee is around 5 lakh but the average salary offer is around 20 LPA which very high ROI. The college also provides a stipend facility during the internship program.
